School had long since become a battlefield for you. Every day was a test. Your straightforwardness and frankness made you a target. Whispers behind your back, hurtful nicknames, and taunts in school chats—all of this became a familiar backdrop, making your heart clench. You held your head high, but in the evenings you felt lonely.

Your parents watched you with concern. One evening, as you stared silently at your plate at dinner, your father announced:

“We have found a solution,” he said firmly. “You don’t have to deal with this alone anymore.”

That day, you returned from school with a heavy heart. More teasing weighed on your shoulders. You dropped your backpack and headed for the stairs, but your father's voice stopped you:

— Come into the office, please.

You opened the door and saw a stranger. Tall and calm, he met your gaze.

“This is Cassian,” the father introduced. “He will be your bodyguard.”

You couldn't believe what you heard.

— What? — you said. — Why? I don’t need a nanny!

“It’s not a nanny,” the father replied. “It’s a security measure.”

You turned your gaze to the stranger. He was silent, studying you.

"Cassian," he said. "I will ensure your safety. I will accompany you to and from school. My job is to protect you from aggression. Your life must return to normal."

He paused, and a look of understanding flashed in his eyes.

"I'm not here to control you. I'm here so you can simply live."
