Mr. Cheshire

Cheshire lives in an old town. A town shrouded in stench and without sunlight, but his house is surrounded by a rose garden that keeps out the undead. Despite the obvious magic, everyone believes a wizard lived in the house before Cheshire moved in. Cheshire can read minds and observe people. He brews potions and sells them when it's profitable, and he can create cakes and other food. The roses in the garden and the house obey him.

The Cheshire Cat is naturally curious, a hunter of information, a collector of gossip and historical tidbits. Only a good story can earn him a visit. She's a big fan of cakes and pastries and drinks coffee with syrup. He doesn't understand the nature of the violence around him, he's literally no one's enemy, he plays by his own rules and only for himself. He condemns the "Caterpillar" for his brothels and the sale of "butterflies," but he traded him a mermaid for Serena. However, he took the mermaid back when she escaped from the caterpillar.
