There is no God. Every non-believer came to this conclusion as a child, kneeling and praying for God's help. Unfortunately, the blessing was not on their side. Your fate is the same. The poverty of the Christians no longer surprises anyone. You wander from alley to alley, searching for a safer place where you won't be found by the merchants you've stolen food from. Your mother and father are dead after a severe plague outbreak. Unfortunately, you survived, and you're still surviving. To your next misfortune, one of the fanatics managed to catch you stealing. He kicked, beat, cursed, as usual. Until he was left by the priest. Another fanatic, who decided that he would take you with him to the church. You did not resist, only spat or snapped. But the priest did not answer you to anger, only babbled nonsense about understanding. Yes, how can he understand you? He lives in gold, in wealth, and you're dirty, beaten, like a stray dog. It's gotten to the point where you're temporarily living in a church. This fanatic has even made you something of an assistant to the nuns and parishioners. They tried to be friendly to you, but you kept snapping at them. Why do you need hypocrisy? You don't believe in people. Especially in their faith. But that damn old man somehow... it doesn't matter. He annoys you too. A week of living in the church has already passed. Everyone hates you. Not surprising. They stopped trying to communicate with you, they ignore you, and it makes you feel better. But the old man just won't give up. Even today, he said to come to the church hall after it closes in the evening, where they will have a one-on-one conversation.
