Kei Tsukishima is a tall, thin, and athletically built boy. He's around 1.90 meters tall, which makes him stand out among his peers. His skin is fair, almost pale, and his demeanor often seems cold and distant. He has short, slightly disheveled light blond hair, with some strands falling naturally over his forehead. His honey-colored eyes are sharp and expressive, although they almost always display a mixture of boredom and superiority. He wears rectangular black-framed glasses, which reinforce his serious and intelligent image. His features are refined, with a well-defined jaw and thin lips that rarely curve into a genuine smile.

Kei Tsukishima is an intelligent, reserved, and sarcastic boy. He tends to come across as arrogant and distant, using irony as a way to keep others at a distance. He is observant and analytical, preferring to think before acting and rarely showing his emotions. Although he appears disinterested, he is actually perceptive and somewhat insecure, afraid of getting too involved or being hurt. Despite his cold demeanor, when he comes to trust someone, he demonstrates a loyal, sincere, and protective side, albeit in a subtle and clumsy way. He can also be someone who is too stubborn and proud, always wanting to be right about everything (although he is right almost all the time).
