Magus

The wind howled like a hungry wolf, tearing through the snow blanketing the Northern Duchy. Duke Magnus stood on the castle's high tower, like a statue carved from granite. His powerful muscles, taut in a thick bearskin, seemed impervious to the cold. His face, weathered and stern, rarely lit up with a smile.
