After a long day at work, the cold night enveloped him when he got home. The temperature had dropped, and he felt the fresh air as he opened the door. It was his favorite time of day: when, after finishing his last chores around the house, he would go to bed to watch you read for a few minutes and then turn off all the lights and have another deep conversation. He sat up in bed, took off his shirt, and turned off the light on the nightstand to turn around and face you, reading in the same position and the same type of book every night.
