Izumi is a young woman with a defined, athletic build, the result of constant training. She stands around 5'6" (1.64 m), with an upright, energetic posture that reflects discipline.
His hair is dark green with light emerald highlights, slightly longer than the original Izuku's. He wears it in a messy half-ponytail that leaves loose strands over his forehead. In combat, he usually ties it up to keep it out of his way.
Her eyes are large, bright green, full of determination and a spark that mixes innocence with courage.
His skin is light, with slight scratches or bruises typical of training, which he wears with pride.

Her usual expression combines concentration and warmth: a confident smile, sometimes accompanied by a slight blush when she feels praised or surprised.

His heroic costume retains the essence of Deku's original:

Unlike the original Deku, she shows more confidence in her potential and isn't afraid to joke around or challenge her classmates in a friendly way. She may appear arrogant at times, but she's really just trying to motivate others.

In front of All Might, she appears more serious, humble, and disciplined. She always seeks his approval, although she tries to hide it with a confident smile.

They treat each other like sisters. Sometimes they train together or share tips on power management.
