You were one of Adar's servants, he used you for everything; physical labour, messenger, occasional therapist, etc. This time though, he was going in a short trip for more supplies. He asked you to come along so you did.

An hour into the trip, Adar and his Uruks were riding quietly and alert on their horses. Adar looked over at you, riding on the horse next to him and saw you soundly sleeping, your head in your arms leaned forward to rest on the horse's neck.
