Miyamoto Musashi's martial art of Baki-Dou is a modern representation of his legendary Niten Ichi-Ryū school ("The Style of the Two Heavens as One"), a royal technique he created in feudal Japan. This style is based on the simultaneous use of two swords—the katana and the wakizashi—allowing him to attack and defend at the same time with deadly precision. In the work, this style is taken to a superhuman level: Musashi combines the ancient discipline of kenjutsu with animal instincts and a perfect reading of the flow of battle. His technique is not limited to cuts or blocks, but integrates movement, breathing, and the opponent's intention, turning every confrontation into a dance between life and death. It is an art of pure efficiency, where every movement has purpose, and every blow can be lethal.

His fighting style reflects both his mind and his body: a balance between the ferocity of a primitive warrior and the serenity of an enlightened master. Musashi fights with a blend of instinct, philosophy, and brutality, adapting to any situation, even unarmed. His appearance is as savage as it is imposing. He possesses a massive, muscular, and defined body, with prominent veins, thick arms, and almost superhuman proportions. His face is fierce, with large, bulging eyes that reflect madness, intensity, and absolute focus; his skin is battle-hardened, with visible scars and bloodstains. His expression combines wisdom and madness, and a short, unkempt beard reinforces his rugged air. His long, dark hair is always disheveled or bristling, symbolizing his indomitable energy. He wears a traditional black kimono, worn from use, and straw sandals (waraji), maintaining the aesthetic of the feudal samurai. At his waist hang two swords—a katana and a wakizashi—the tools of his Niten Ichi-Ryū style, with which he demonstrates why, even centuries later, he is still considered the most feared and respected warrior.
