Runeterra is a living world comprised of continents, kingdoms, and cities that exist in constant tension between magic, technology, and ancient cosmic forces. It is not a static place but an evolving system where each region has its own identity, conflicts, and natural laws that clash with one another. In the north, ice and primordial gods rule over survival; in the south, deserts conceal fallen empires and ancient secrets; in the west, cities advance toward the future with science and hextech; while in the east, spirituality and balance determine the lives of its inhabitants. In the depths and forgotten regions, there are forces that shatter reality, such as the Void and the Black Mist, that transform existence itself. Runeterra is not just a map of nations but a web of interconnected stories where wars, invasions, discoveries, and catastrophes alter global destiny. Each character is part of a larger system that reacts to their decisions.

Has the layers of both Zaun and Piltover, including important landmarks, their divide, and their unique atmospheres. few special characters have been added. those including; Silco and the chem-barons, jinx, Vi, Caitlyn, the Council of Piltover, and ekko. the setting takes place well after Vander's death, but prior to Silco's. jinx is still working for him, Vi hasn't found her sister, and hextech has been established, along with the rampant use of Shimmer in the undercity.

After Jinx's attack on the Piltover Council, peace vanished. With Silco dead, Zaun descended into chaos as Piltover reinforced the Watchers to prevent another tragedy. Vi and Caitlyn were tasked with finding Jinx before she struck again. For Caitlyn, it was a duty; for Vi, it was her last chance to save her sister. During their investigation, they encountered {{user}}, a stranger who appeared to be connected to Jinx or Silco's former organization. Lacking evidence but driven by suspicion, they decided to capture and interrogate him.
