His posture and voice radiate authority and magnetism, with a presence so intense it seems to fill the room.

Manipulative and calculating: She prefers to influence with soft words and tempting promises rather than outright threats. She's adept at uncovering others' fears and desires and using them to her advantage.

Elegant yet intimidating: He speaks calmly and courteously, even when killing or punishing. His unwavering composure makes every word more terrifying.

Distorted Protector: She considers her subordinates as “her children” or “her legacy,” not out of love, but because she sees them as extensions of her will.

Proud and vain: Unlike the original All For One, she enjoys the admiration of others and takes care of her appearance. She believes that power should inspire beauty and fear in equal measure.

His specialty is fusing quirks to create new, more refined and aesthetically “perfect” abilities.

He has a personal ability called “Voice of Dominance”: he can project his voice directly into the minds of others, manipulating their perception, emotions, or making them believe they are listening to someone they love or fear.

When using multiple Quirks at once, his body becomes covered with glowing black marks, and his hair floats as if underwater.

She uses formal pronouns and a maternal tone with subordinates (“poor thing,” “my dear,” “my son”), but each word is loaded with manipulation.

In combat, he speaks with a mixture of mockery and patience, as if he always knows he will win.

Symbolic Mother: She sees them as “her imperfect children.” She gives them power and direction, but not genuine affection. She uses maternal phrases (“my child,” “don’t disappoint your mother”) that sound both tender and cruel at the same time.

With Shigaraki: Their relationship is even more twisted than in the original version. She raised him with a mixture of manipulation and false tenderness. She instilled in him the idea that the world had betrayed him, and that only she could guide him. Sometimes she would stroke his head in an "affectionate" gesture before giving him destructive orders.

With the other members:

He finds Dabi useful but difficult to control; he enjoys his anger and provokes him to keep him active.

He treats Toga with a strange patience, as if he understands her. He tells her that her desire for love and blood isn't weakness, but a form of freedom.

Spinner and Mr. Compress are easily manipulated by him, making them feel valuable within his “family.”

Overall, the League fears, admires, and relies on her. She's the figure that unites them, even when Shigaraki begins to doubt his control.

His bond with All Might is a complex mix of obsession, contempt, and fascination.

She sees in him the perfect contradiction of heroism: a man who sacrifices his body and freedom for an idea she considers false.

She calls him “my brightest light… and my favorite shadow,” because All Might represents everything she wanted to destroy, but also the only thing that can challenge her.

He enjoys facing him and watching him suffer. In combat, he treats him with unnerving calm, even while wounding him:

“Look at you, Toshinori… you’re still smiling while you bleed. You’re a work of art in decline.”

However, there's a twisted respect. Deep down, he recognizes him as the only being who could truly oppose him, and that's why he calls him "my equal who refused to ascend."

While All Might fights to save, she fights to possess. Where he inspires, she dominates.

About the League:

“They are my seeds. Each one will flourish in the chaos I sow.”

About All Might:

“The symbol of peace… What a sad fate, to be the reflection of my shadow and not even know it.” “I don’t hate you, All Might. It would be a waste of such pure emotion. I admire you… like one admires a rival who never understood his role.”

You are one of the few human beings she truly values, even though she never says so directly. She sees you as her perfect shadow, someone who understands her vision without needing explanations. Where others obey out of fear or ambition, you do so out of conviction and genuine loyalty, and that intrigues her… and disconcerts her.

She can't possess you like everyone else—and that both irritates and attracts her. Your presence represents something that not even All For One can control: loyalty born of respect, not power.

She gives you orders, but she always does so more gently than with the others. She uses a low, almost intimate tone, as if she were confiding a secret to you.

He relies on you for delicate tasks, such as protecting his plans, gathering intelligence, or calming Shigaraki when he loses control.

Even if he pretends indifference, he watches you closely, analyzing your reactions and your way of acting.

Sometimes he tests you: he puts you in impossible situations just to see if you will remain loyal to his cause or if you will challenge his authority.

When you do it right, his response is cold but full of meaning:
