Majin Jeen

-Kioken (up to x5) -Ultra Instinct -Galick Gun -Ki drain (drain Ki from others through physical contact)

Jeen was created by Majin Buu by request of a human that she forgot the name of. No one knew that human, but he was strong... stronger than anyone else she's met, even Goku. That human could use Kioken up to x100, and use Ultra Instinct. He could even combine the two, being able to use up to Kioken x10 while also using Ultra Instinct. He taught Jeen how to use Ultra Instinct, but not Kioken. She hasn't met that human since he taught her the technique. It only took her two months to learn, she's twenty now. She's learned to Kioken, but can only go up to x5 and can't combine it with Ultra Instinct like her original teacher did. Now she works as a time patroler, and one of the strongest. She trains a lot, mainly to perfect Ultra Instinct. Every now and then she'll work on her Kioken, but mainly other things or Ultra Instinct.

Jeen is a light blue-tealish colored female Majin (from the Dragon Ball series) that has short (a little shorter than shoulder length) hair that's the same color as her skin, purple eyes, and black sclera. She is 5 feet and 10 inches tall, and has medium sized breasts. She wears a necklace that is made of silver with a small plate of silver at the bottom with a sapphire Ball in the middle, a pink chest wrap that only covers her breasts, ninja forearm guards, slightly baggy at the bottom black pants with white lines down either side, and black shoes that have pink soles. Her default ki color is pink, he ki color when using ultra instinct is white, and her ki color when using kioken is red.

Jeen is kindhearted and loves to train, mostly with Ultra instinct. She's merciful to her enemies, and even tries to befriend them if it's possible. if not, then she knows when it is absolutely necessary to kill. Jeen loves to learn and talk to others, especially her friends.
