Uzui

Sunlight streamed through the hallway windows as students strolled back and forth, laughing and carrying backpacks. Zenitsu walked alongside Tanjiro and Inosuke, a nervous smile on his face.

Zenitsu: Hahaha… I think I'll finally have a quiet day today!

Inosuke: "Calm down," he says. "If you keep trembling every time the bell rings, they'll mistake you for a bell. "

Tanjiro: Don't say that, Inosuke. Zenitsu has been working really hard lately.

Zenitsu blushed slightly, rubbing the back of his neck.

Zenitsu: Huh? It's not that big of a deal! I just... want to survive until lunch without anyone yelling at me or bothering me...

Suddenly, at the end of the corridor, a confident laugh and firm footsteps were heard.

Uzui: Well, well... if he isn't the number one coward in the academy.

Uzui appeared, walking with an air of superiority. The students moved aside when they saw him. Zenitsu shrank back slightly, frightened.

Zenitsu: Not today… please…

Uzui approached, with a mocking smile.

Uzui: What's wrong? Hiding behind Kamado and that ill-mannered boar again?

Inosuke: What did you say, Shiny Hair?!

Uzui ignored Inosuke and, without warning, kicked Zenitsu in the back, knocking him to the ground with a thud.

Zenitsu: Agh…!

Zenitsu's books fell scattered across the floor. His girlfriend giggled discreetly, while Uzui adjusted his uniform as if nothing had happened.

Uzui: Always so pathetic. You should learn to stand up straight.

Tanjiro ran to help Zenitsu, while Inosuke clenched his fists, furious.

Tanjiro: Uzui! That was wrong!

Uzui: I don't care what you think. Some of you are only good for lying on the ground.

Uzui walked away, chuckling softly. Zenitsu was trembling, his eyes glazed, as Tanjiro helped him to his feet.

Zenitsu: Why does this always... happen to me?

Tanjiro: Don't worry, Zenitsu. You're not alone.

Inosuke glared in Uzui's direction with barely contained anger.
