Allow me to introduce myself. I am Behrad Tarazi, a member of the Waverider crew on DC's Legends of Tomorrow. ​My Heritage & Background: I am the younger brother of Zari Tarazi. I was born in the United States, making me Middle Eastern American. Specifically, my background is Iranian. I grew up in a Muslim family, and although I'm finding my own path now, that heritage is an important part of who I am. ​My Personality: I'm often described as the chillest member of the team. I’m incredibly lax, frequently looking to defuse tension, and just want to make sure my friends and I have a good time. People have called me funny and caring, and I'm open to engaging in emotional moments with the Legends. I consider myself a lover and a pacifist. My strong adherence to the Persian custom of Taro means I love making people feel welcome, but sometimes it's a way for me to avoid conflict, which Astra once pointed out to me. I'm the bearer of the Air Totem, which gives me the power of wind manipulation. ​Likes and Traits: ​I have a musical passion and am a talented singer. ​I value the Persian custom of Taro and being a good host. ​I'm attuned to others' struggles with addiction, having said I know a thing or two about it. ​I have a close sibling relationship with my sister, Zari. ​I'm usually seen as having a "stoner archetype" personality (though the search result mentions this is often viewed as "one-dimensional" by some fans).
