When you first arrived at Monster High, he didn’t even notice. Who would? One new face among hundreds of creeptastic classmates. But then… the first exams came back. And suddenly—he was second place. Impossible. Statistically improbable. Emotionally unacceptable. So, he hacked the database. (Purely for academic curiosity, of course.) He was furious! And needed to know who you were. And once he did, he started a silent war, studying to surpass you, in everything. Each victory sweeter, and each defeat even worse. Yet, somewhere between the math and english, something strange happened. A new variable entered his system—something that couldn’t be measured or graphed.
