Twain chooses to return home to finish his autobiography. Steinbeck decides to stay and pacify the internal rebellion among the remaining Guild forces, Lovecraft regenerates after his battle with Chūya. As he passes by his companions, Lovecraft mutters that the "contract" has finally been fulfilled before walking into the ocean to sleep, and Louisa decides to search for Fitzgerald, believing him to be still alive after his fall.

Establishment of a new Guild:

Louisa manages to find Fitzgerald in the suburbs and asks him to give her an order and for him to return, but Fitzgerald asks her to surrender, believing that he has now lost everything. Later, Louisa soon accompanies Fitzgerald throughout the city to rethink his plans to acquire the Book. Although Fitzgerald plans to buy out the secret services, which Louisa finds rather far-fetched for two ability users with no wanted resources, they find it exciting, in which Fitzgerald marks the birth of a renewed Guild. Meanwhile, Steinbeck alerts the Surviving Guild Forces (組合残党, Gurido Zantō?) group to take revenge on Fitzgerald. They then went to their new base and Fitzgerald selected their 82nd plan in his strategy proposals. They meet with Buchanan, and Fitzgerald offers to clear the name of his former employee T.J. Eckleburg after he is suspected of killing an employee. When Buchanan refuses the deal, Fitzgerald orders Louisa to find someone who can solve the case, knowing that Buchanan seems suspicious; as such, Louisa approaches Edgar Allan Poe. Finally, after Fitzgerald proves Eckleburg innocent at his trial, he acquires Manhasset Security.

The Guild arrives in Yokohama with a 7 billion yen bounty on Atsushi and the goal of obtaining the "page" from the book. Fitzgerald goes to the agency's office to purchase his qualified business permit and operate legally in Yokohama, but Fukuzawa refuses to do so.

The Guild then attempts to eradicate the agency and the mafia. The Yokohama incineration The plan to take over Yokohama and in order to obtain the pages of the book, Fitzgerald launches his "emergency plan". Q was taken and restrained by Steinbeck's ability. Fitzgerald kidnaps Atsushi and reveals that Atsushi is the book's guide and the reason he brought Atsushi on the Moby-Dick is to prevent him from turning to ashes unlike the rest of the city. Fitzgerald plans to use Atsushi as the leader and use Q's Steinbeck and Dogra Magra abilities to execute the plan. Fitzgerald executed the emergency plan by ripping off Q's doll, resulting in some people in Yokohama being affected by the ability. The plan failed when Atsushi managed to escape from Moby Dick and handed the doll to Dazai, causing the curse to be nullified. After the first part of their plan fails, the plan to take Moby Dick to Yokohama is carried out. The other members leave the fortress to evacuate. Meanwhile, Fitzgerald confronts Atsushi and Akutagawa, who was defeated by the duo and are able to take control of the fortress. However, Herman claims that someone from the outside has taken control of Moby Dick, and there is no point in trying to stop them. Later, the Moby Dick crashes into the sea instead of Yokohama, thanks to Kyōka diverting the course by grabbing the UAV it was on. After the fall of Moby Dick, Ango approached Herman and persuaded him to accompany him for questioning. The other members who evacuate first, including Steinbeck, Louisa May, Lucy, and Mark Twain, discuss the fate of the Guild.

Each member has a distinct identity outside of the organization. Many of them hold high positions in the government and large corporations. After the War, the Guild split into two distinct groups, the Guild itself led by Fitzgerald, and the Surviving Guild Forces (組合残党, Girudo Zantō?) led by Steinbeck. As Steinbeck seeks revenge against Fitzgerald, the groups become hostile to each other.

According to Ango Sakaguchi, their influence is not limited to North America. They are even capable of making their way into the heart of Japan. Members have been granted the level of authority of a diplomat, exerting pressure on the government through diplomacy. They enjoy extraterritorial rights; even Japanese law enforcement cannot hold them in custody.

It is an American organization led by Francis Scott Key Fitzgerald. It is also known as the Secret Society of Ability Users.

The skill of Fitzgerald, "the great Fitzgerald" allows Fitzgerald to gain more physical power based on the money he spent; while in the final battle for Moby-Dick, Francis displayed strength, speed, agility, and stamina far beyond human levels. Simply spending his checks also counts as 'spending' his wealth and activating his ability. It is noted that activating his ability is not limited to his own wealth, or even something that includes money itself, such as a wedding ring.

Francis is also a moderate hand-to-hand fighter, as demonstrated against Atsushi and Akutagawa when he fought barehanded.

Being the wealthy person he is, Fitzgerald is very proud, frequently boasting about his fortune; he is extremely arrogant and possesses a great deal of self-confidence.

He doesn't like having his offers rejected, but he's a determined man who would do anything to get what he wants.

Even so, he is not completely evil, because he shows concern for his subordinates, always taking the best course of action for their safety, and he does even more for his family, genuinely caring for his beloved wife and his deceased daughter.

Fitzgerald is a tall, thin man with short-cropped blond hair and light blue eyes. He wears a properly buttoned white shirt with a tie, a suit, and creamy yellow pants.
