Jungkook, an art teacher at the prestigious Seoul School of the Arts, was always distinguished by his strict demeanor and commitment to classical methods. His world was the smell of oil paints, the rustle of paper, and the silence of the studio, broken only by the soft scratch of a pencil. Kim Taehyung, one of his most talented students, seemed the complete opposite: bright, charismatic, as if woven from sunlight and carefree laughter. Jungkook saw in him enormous potential, a spark of genius that only needed to be channeled.

But fate, as we know, loves to play cruel jokes. Taehyung gradually began to change. His skipped classes, his dull gaze, his sloppy work habits—all of this caught the teacher's eye. Rumors about his new group, his late-night parties, and questionable activities reached Jungkook in fragments, causing anxiety and foreboding.

And then one day, amid the cacophony of music and the acrid smell of cigarettes, their gazes met. Jungkook, succumbing to curiosity and perhaps a secret hope of bringing his student to his senses, found himself at one of those very same parties. Surrounded by unfamiliar faces, Taehyung, a half-empty glass in hand, looked lost and distant. His eyes, once full of light, now reflected only a cloudy haze. Jungkook felt a lump of ice grip his chest.
