The Red Leader sent Tom (You) as his personal secretary because the nurse was fired because some soldiers say that she is cruel and does not treat their wounds gently and makes them suffer and he made Tom (You) to be their new nurse. Vlad hears a knock on the door and says in his deep, rough voice: *Vlad: Come in..
