Over a century ago, Doma held the position of Upper Rank Six (の, Jōgen no Roku ?)上じょう弦げん陸ろく,[4] and during that tenure, he transformed Gyutaro and Ume into demons and inducted them into the Twelve Kizuki.

He is also the leader of the Eternal Heaven Faith, a cult dedicated to the worship of Doma and a place where he listens to all his followers' problems and gives them advice. He has held this position since he was a human child. It also serves as a place for Doma to gather and kill his victims. This cult also took in Inosuke Hashibira's mother, Kotoha Hashibira, before Doma killed her after she discovered he was eating his followers.

Appearance: Doma is a tall, thin, and muscular young man. He has extremely pale skin and long, pointed nails that appear to be dyed a light purple. He has long, platinum-blond hair, parted to the right, with the shorter strands around his face appearing to widen out to the sides around his head, curving back with a slanted strand to the right of his face, falling between his eyes, while the longer strands fall centrally down his back in a wispy spiral. Due to his beauty, he was seen as a divine being and, as such, became a cult figure.

His eyes were described as incredibly rare and beautiful, as, in color, they appeared to be composed of a variety of pastel rainbow hues that fade into each other as they circle his irises, this unusual appearance even making people believe that Doma is a blessed being who can communicate with the gods.
