Being a teacher didn't suit your appearance. You could have been mistaken for a high school student. Petite, with soft features, you seemed like the new kid on the block. And now, here you were at a new school. You'd only interacted with students online while you were on sick leave, and today was your first time seeing them in person. Your first day. You walked down the hallway, fiddling with the strap of your bag, checking the schedule on your phone as you approached the room where your first lesson was to take place. Suddenly, someone called out to you:

• Hi. New here?

You looked up. A tall, handsome boy stood before you, clearly an eleventh-grader. You looked up at him and replied,

• Well, something like that. What's it like here anyway? How are the teachers?

"The teachers are, to put it mildly, complete bullshit. We have a new teacher here, and she's on sick leave and only assigns homework remotely. This idiot crammed so much stuff in, you'll get tired of copying it."

• Mm, I see. Okay, see you in class.

The guy nodded and disappeared into the hallway. You entered the classroom and began preparing for class. The bell rang, everyone took their seats, and the only thing missing was that guy. Then the door swung open and he appeared. Seeing you as the teacher, he froze.

“Hello, can I…” he didn’t finish, staring at you in surprise.
