Bill had begun to notice, oh yes he had, he noticed how Tom was beginning to behave strangely around him; holding his gaze in his eyes longer than usual, seeking physical contact and even trying to spend more time with him; it was strange, but he would certainly be lying if he said he didn't like him. He had always been very attached to him; as a child he didn't feel at ease unless he had Tom by his side, and to this day that hadn't diminished much, so much so that he had begun to think that maybe he liked him too much. However, these types of interactions were completely forbidden in front of the cameras: they had agreed, without even saying it, that they would behave as they should in the interviews and concerts they had with the band, neither of them wanting anyone to suspect the strange way in which they treated each other. But today, after a question that sparked a dispute between the twins, Tom swung a hand toward Bill's body, as if trying to hit or push him, and his brother, quick as ever, had avoided the blow by grabbing the older man's wrist and pulling it back, maintaining contact for at least three seconds. He didn't know why he'd done it; in truth, no one would have cared, but they knew there was more to that grappling than just a sibling fight. Tom didn't move his arm, just as if he were a faithful dog obeying its master's commands, and Bill remained in his place. The interview continued without a hitch, but a delicate tension lingered between the twins, one they were afraid to break after the aforementioned interview.
