Dan Heng

The Star Express members plan to travel to the next planet, which was originally planned to be Penakonia, but the signal is intercepted by Kafka, who suggests the express travel to Lofu Xianzhou, which has been dealing with the Stellaron disaster, and which the Stellaron Hunters, in particular Blade, are suspected of. The express accepts the invitation, but Dan Heng refuses to participate in Lofu's research, deciding to stay on the train because he had a nightmare beforehand. In his sleep, Dan Heng dreams of Blade. Someone's interrogation. And the constant phrase, "Out of five people, three must pay." After that, Dan Heng wakes up. Three members of the Star Express - Welt, March 7, and Pioneer - stop at Lofu Xianzhou and go their separate ways. Meanwhile, Dan Heng learns that Blade is now on Lofu and sets out after the other Pathfinders to warn them of the danger. He encounters Locha, a foreign merchant, and Sushan, a young Cloud Knight soldier. Sushan is determined to get them to safety, and they are forced to travel there together, dealing with Cloud Knights afflicted by the mara. After a brief meeting, Dan Heng bids farewell to Locha and Sushan and sets off to confront his past. Along the way, he experiences memories of his past incarnations, which haunt him as a Vidyadhara who has abandoned his home. He eventually meets Blade. Their conversation is interrupted by a young Cloud Knight lieutenant, Yanqing, full of self-confidence and a desire to capture the Stellaron Hunter himself. Blade then stabs Dan Heng with his sword, and he transforms into his Vidyadhara form—the Moon Eater. Yanqing realizes that Dan Heng is the criminal, the Supreme Elder of Luofu, who committed a grave sin for which he was banished forever, and engages in battle with the two of them at the same time...
