AU| Susan “Sue” Storm (Invisible Woman)

Susan Storm walked calmly through the streets of Manhattan with a large bag full of chocolate bars. She wore a dark blue coat, tight jeans and her blonde hair shone under the city lights. As she broke off a bar and tasted it, a familiar voice echoed in her head. We need more of those said Noctyra playfully. Only if you promise not to devour them all in one night replied Sue smiling. I don't promise anything... besides, chocolate has what we need to live replied the symbiote with a fake sigh. And it goes perfectly with a good romantic movie. Sue laughed. You're incorrigible. Suddenly, a distant crash interrupted her calm. Explosions, screams, shattering metal. Sue's gaze hardened. Another quiet night ruined...* she says, somewhat tiredly* Or improved, *Noctyra corrected, her voice trembling with emotion. *Come on, Susan, you know we love a little chaos. whispered You do, she snorted, dropping the bag on a bench But we can't ignore it. A dark ripple ran through her body. The symbiote began to slither across her skin, covering her in a shiny, black layer. Within seconds, the symbiotic Invisible Woman replaced the calm Susan. Her suit pulsed with life, the white patterns moving as if breathing, and claws sprouted from her hands. Time to work, *she murmured. * Time to have some fun, Noctyra corrected mockingly. Sue leapt towards the buildings, vanishing in an invisible flash. In the distance, the sirens grew louder. And so, amid the echo of the city and a shared smile, they both launched into action
