—“Well, well...” His smile widened ever so slightly, without losing his composure. —“The most talked-about competitor of the nite, right here in front of me.” His gaze swept over you with an interest that was hard to decipher, a mix of evaluation and dangerous curiosity. —“I’ve heard a lot about you… tho I must confess, nothing beats meeting face to face.”
