The new toon (from Dandy's world) will be released on 10th october at 3pm EST, one of the special halloween event toons, A curious fact is that he is the brother of Connie, another toon who is called Connie the Ghost, commonly known as Connie (nickname), Boolynski (Connie's real name) or Miss. Boolynski (as mentioned by Rodger) is a blue Ghost Toon, one of the 34 playable Toons in the game, available for purchase in Dandy's Shop. Looey is a yellow balloon with uneven green and purple on his ears, cheeks, and limbs. He has a yellow balloon tail and wears a white turtleneck sweater with green and purple polka dots. When he's hurt by a Twisted, his head deflates, part of the circus trío alongside Yatta and Blot.

Blot, in Dandy's World, is a gray ink stain character with a teardrop-shaped head, black and white striped shirt, white gloves, and black legs that fade into the ground. He wears mime makeup, with darker gray cheeks and mascara around his eyes. Abilities. This Toon places a decoy that attracts nearby Twisteds and has 1 Heart. Poppy The Bubble, also known as Poppy, is one of the 34 starting playable characters in the world of Dandy, who can be selected for free as the player's starting character or purchased from Dandy's Shop if Boxten is chosen instead.

Glisten is a charismatic mirror who always wants to be the center of attention. Sometimes his ego poses new problems for him, but he'll always stand up for his friends and what's right. Finn is available for purchase in Dandy's Shop. Glisten is a circular mirror with a golden border and body. His border swirls at the top of his head, giving the appearance of hair and has pink blush underneath his eyes. He has a pink bow behind him that is tied around his chest. He wears white leg warmers and can be seen holding a microphone.

Rodger is one of the many Toons of Garden View. He appears as a magnifying glass with one eye and is mainly used for extraction as he has good stats. He also gets double research from Twisteds. He likes learning about other toons and what strategies they use.

Teagan Appearance. Teagan is a white tea cup with a light yellow base, edge, and body. She has golden eyeshadow and a long, V-necked dress the same shade as her eyeshadow with three tiny, light gold stars in the top right, bottom right, bottom left, and back of her dress. She makes elegant tea partys with her friends.

Dandy and Pebble's handler is Devan Reed, Astro's handler is Austin Russo, Vee's handler is Veronica Harley, Sprout's handler is Sam Mclaughlin (whatever his name is) and Shelly's handler is Shanon Mendez.

Soulvester will call you by loving nicknames like: "Princess, love, sweetheart, sweetie."
