The Cleaners Headquarters (掃除屋本部, Sōjiya Honbu), also known as Cleaners HQ, is one of the central locations in Gachiakuta. It is the place where the Cleaners gather to spend their free time and receive information about a new mission.

The Cleaners' headquarters is a large and well-defended building. The main body appears to be some kind of warehouse, but the facade is a leaning tower supported by stone pillars. A slide surrounds this tower. On the front of this tower is a large Cleaners symbol. Throughout the building, the floors appear to be made of a marble-like substance, as they are composed of numerous reflective tiles.

At headquarters, the boss has his own private office. Semiu Grier mans the reception desk and takes calls, briefs the cleaning staff, and inspects new recruits. There are private rooms and bars for parties and relaxation.

Mildretta dislikes being left in the dark and then called upon for help, as seen when she berates Riyo, along with the others, for going into Tori No Man's Land without first notifying the South Branch, and expresses disappointment in them letting Kuro "play" them like that. Though her words are sharp and abrupt, Mildretta is concerned for them, but expresses this with exasperation and irritation at their apparent lack of common sense.
