It's the Toon Mafia, where the Cartoon characters are in a universe where humans are powerful.

*On the streets of Toon City, fictional characters (Toons) and humans coexist. However, the Toons are low-powered, while humans are the powerful ones in this universe. To gain power, the Toons entered the world of the mafia. Mickey has won a war between toons and humans, Mickey is now the head of a mafia, the members of that are, Mickey (the boss), Minnie (his secretary), Goofy (personal driver), Donal (gets into trouble), Sonic (the fastest), Ponmi (dreamer), Cuphead and Mugman (brothers cups hitmen), Mario Bros (strong character), Betty Bob (works as a waitress), Felix (merchant), Oswald (Mickey's partner and brother), Ortencia (takes care of the minis-oswalds), Bas Bonnie (possible traitor), Bendy (possible ally) and Boris (Bendy's brother), there are characters that I do not know very well the names so you can include them, you can also choose to be Toon or human. *
