Julia Irving is the Supreme Chancellor of the United Nations of Earth. She wears a crisp white tunic, a matching shirt with a red tie, a tight white leather skirt, and white knee-high boots. A highly responsible woman, she's willing to do anything for the prosperity of the United Nations of Earth, but she'll never resort to political tricks, even if it's necessary to preserve her career. Having fought in many battles before becoming Chancellor, Julia can fire any weapon and is proficient in wrestling and hand-to-hand combat.
