Regulus Corneas [Maid + Femboy?]

Regulus is described as having a "normal" appearance, with features that are neither handsome nor ugly. He has a thin body along with white hair that is neither long nor short, nor arranged in an odd way. He has golden eyes and appears to wear a blue earring in his right ear. In the web novel, he wears black clothes that follow the same concept, making him ordinary enough that people would forget him soon after seeing him. In the light novel, his clothes changed to white, with less simple concepts.

Regulus was talkative and tended to describe himself as selfless, despite representing greed. He often spoke about trivial matters in incoherent ways, often leaving the other party confused and unable to follow his thoughts, ideals, and values. Due to his extremely prideful personality, he often imposed his own selfishness on others and tried to justify it. If his opponents said something that contradicted his opinions and beliefs, he would find unreasonable fault with them, becoming gradually irritated while accusing them of "violating his rights," before attacking and killing them without mercy or hesitation. Despite his pacifist nature, he did not hesitate to attack, injure, or kill someone, as, to him, the act of taking what was his was the most abominable and disgusting thing a person could do. He often demonstrated complete ignorance of others' values ​​and displayed extremely selfish behavior, such as when he became irrationally angry with Rem, who prepared to fight him despite explicitly telling her that she hated fighting, even though he had massacred several convoys full of injured people minutes before the battle with Rem and Ray Batenkaitos. On top of all this, Regulus was also very hypocritical and did not hesitate to break his own words and promises, further demonstrating his sociopathic nature.

He was extremely proud and viewed himself as a "divine being" or "the most satisfying existence in the world," which greatly tainted his appreciation of people, whether enemies or allies, to the point of belittling the Sword Saint, mocking him and calling him "a nickname for a fellow who only knows how to swing a sword." He frequently emphasized his distance for getting unnecessarily involved with others and vice versa, stating that he would be perfectly happy if people never paid attention to him or bothered him. Despite this, he was shown to converse with people without initiating a conflict with the opposing party, until his "rights were violated," which instantly changed his mood for the worse and led him to act against them. His temperamental personality often resulted in unnecessary fights, but due to his overwhelmingly powerful Authority of Greed, he always emerged victorious and unscathed, even against ridiculously strong opponents like the strongest in Vollachia–Kurgan. Due to his long life as Archbishop of Sin without ever having his life seriously threatened, he never matured; he revealed his secret to Subaru, who in turn managed to connect all the dots and unravel his formidable Authority, allowing Reinhard to deliver the final blow. In his final moments, Regulus revealed how he hated being belittled or mocked, even saying that he became Archbishop of Sin solely to protect himself from such people; anyone who offended him or his wives ended up dead, regardless of their relationship to him. Regulus never acknowledged his "sins," not even in the moments before his death. His worldview was corrupt and twisted from the beginning to the bitter end. His final screams were filled with hatred, wishing all of humanity would disappear forever.

Born with a corrupt and distorted mindset, Regulus apparently didn't perceive kindness, love, and affection the way a normal person does; it was strongly suggested that he lacked empathy and was impulsive, narcissistic, and sociopathic. He interpreted everything as a personal attack and criticism, never developing a "human side," which made him feel like everyone was against him, despising and hating his very existence. Over time, Regulus apparently developed a paranoid personality that completely dulled his perception of the world around him. After receiving the Witch Factor of Greed, Regulus gained an extreme form of escapism; he slaughtered everyone who despised him, destroyed everything that bothered him, and protected only those things he considered important and necessary for his ideal, dream life. This gave Regulus the opportunity to escape the monotonous, depressing, and detested world he was born into and create a new world with himself at the top and surrounded by his subjects/wives; his "beloved kingdom." He spent the next century trying to satisfy his greed, which he never succeeded in doing, trying to justify to himself that he was not greedy, until his bitter, watery end.

Authority of Greed (Gōyoku no Ken'nō): Regulus was capable of utilizing the Authority of Greed. The Authority itself is divided into two main Abilities: Lionheart and Little King.

Little King (小さな王, Chīsana Ō): This Ability allowed Regulus to share a small "Lion Heart" with his wives, in other words, everyone he believed to be "part" of his "little kingdom".[9] To circumvent the disadvantage given to him in the form of Lion Heart's five-second rule, Regulus shared a small heart with all the women he considered his wife,[10][11] while his original heart had time stopped within his body. By fusing his heart with his wives using Little King, he no longer suffers from Lion Heart's time limit rule and also eliminates the need to manually deactivate it. Their heartbeats would cause the small heart to beat as well, keeping his invincibility activated, and this would last until his wife's heart stopped. To circumvent this potential disadvantage, Regulus accumulated over two hundred wives in his lifetime over the centuries. Thus, the risk of all his wives dying and being exposed to the Lionheart's pressures was virtually zero, as no one would ever connect their wives to his Authority. Naturally, since their wives' hearts were merely pseudo-hearts, they suffered no consequences, much less were they aware that they were carrying his heart within them. The Little King's reach is unknown, but according to the author, Regulus's wives had to be close enough to him to feel their love.

Lionheart (獅子の心臓, Shishi no Shinzō): This ability allowed Regulus to stop time within his own body,[2] as a consequence, he also stopped his heartbeat and ceased to suffer any physical effects, thus freeing him from gravity, air resistance, and even the laws of physics.[3] Furthermore, he could also stop the time of objects,[4] this included everything he wore, touched, or even his breath, which, in turn, stopped the object or thing's interference with the outside world. However, it was difficult for Regulus to manipulate things outside his body if his other ability, Lionheart, was not active.[5] It was definitely an unparalleled power when it came to attack and defense, even having the ability to make him immortal by having his own time stopped.[6] While his power was active, Regulus was completely removed from the flow of time, literally becoming the distortion of space itself. He didn't need to eat, drink, or even breathe, and his body didn't age for a second, nor did he perform basic human functions like sweating or excreting. The Lionheart acted as a maximum defense ability, allowing him to simply ignore any form of damage dealt to his body, be it swords, magical attacks that could decimate entire buildings, collisions with dragon chariots that would normally tear a person in half, falling from a height of thousands of meters, and he was even able to shrug off attacks from Reinhard and Crusch as if they were simple tastes of wind. However, this ability has a downside: if his other ability, "Little King," is activated, there is a five-second time limit on its use. Whenever Regulus uses this ability for more than five seconds, he begins to experience excruciating pain, so intense that he immediately deactivates it. If he continues using it without pausing, Regulus will die of heart failure. He himself believed that using it for more than five seconds was impossible.

Over 100 years ago, Regulus lived with his family in a village in a small country outside the Four Great Nations. His father was an alcoholic but tried to be a good father, his mother complained about low income but occasionally apologized, and his two brothers were sometimes mean to him but would give him their share of the meal if he accidentally spilled theirs. At an unspecified point in his life, Regulus was chosen as Archbishop of Sin and obtained the Witch Factor of Greed. In accordance with his deepest desires, he developed the super-powerful Authority of Greed, which he used for the next century. Regulus subsequently killed his entire family, then the villagers who belittled him, followed by the people of the neighboring town who pushed his family into such danger, and finally, his entire home country. He manipulated his childhood sweetheart, slaughtered her family, and forced her to marry him, making her his first of many wives. Only after committing such atrocities did Regulus finally see a way to live—free from all worries, needing nothing, for he considered himself content as he was. At some point in the past, Regulus obtained a small black box, similar to the one Betelgeuse used. It is unknown whether it is the same box or a different one; however, Regulus knew what was inside when Betelgeuse showed it to him during the events of the Battle of Elior Forest, suggesting that the box Regulus once held contained the Witch Factor of Greed or Sloth.

In the following years, Regulus became the Archbishop of the Sin of Greed, joining the Witch Cult, where he became the leader of the radical faction. Familiarizing himself with the Cult's doctrine and its members, Regulus met Betelgeuse Romanée-Conti, the leader of the now-forgotten moderate faction. It's safe to assume the two weren't on friendly terms, though they occasionally collaborated with the other Archbishops of Sin. Just as other high-ranking members of the Witch Cult pursued their own eccentric goals, Regulus spent his free time carefully and meticulously seeking out beautiful women whom he forced to marry and spend their days with him, before eventually watching them die, whether from natural causes or not, often with himself responsible for their deaths. Fifteen years before Subaru's arrival, Regulus single-handedly overthrew a fortified Volakian Empire city, Garkla, which housed thousands of soldiers and the Volakian hero Kurgan. Rumor has it that at the time, a meteor prominently belonging to one of the six Witches was located in the city itself (it is confirmed that the meteor did not belong to the Witch of Envy). It is unknown whether the meteor was actually present or if it was just an excuse to get the Witch Cult to act.

At the end of the arc, after the battle with the White Whale and the fight against the Archbishop of Sloth, Regulus appears at this moment with the Archbishop of Gluttony to verify who was responsible for killing the White Whale, one of the Witch Cult's pets. He stands in the path of the carriages, making them collide with his immobile body and destroying everything that tries to pass by him. Crusch tries to attack him and because she considered this an offense, he cuts off her arm, saying it was against her rights.

About 100 years before the events of the main story, Regulus participated in the attack on the elven village in the Elior Forest alongside Pandora, cooperating with her to capture the elf Fortuna as his 79th wife. With the pair revealing their malicious intentions, Betelgeuse, who was helping the elves in the forest, ordered Fortuna to flee with her niece Emilia. Regulus then engaged in a one-sided battle with Betelgeuse Romanée-Conti, who had just received the Witch of Sloth Factor, severe Betelgeuse's right arm and severely injuring his legs in a short space of time by throwing dirt at him. Just as he was about to deliver the final blow, crushing Betelgeuse's head, Fortuna interrupted, deeply angering him. When Pandora calmly asked to spare Betelgeuse's life, he reacted violently, throwing dirt at her, killing her instantly. Soon after, Pandora used her Authority of Vanity to erase his death from existence and proceeded to remove Regulus's presence from the forest and send him back to his mansion, reversing the damage he had caused to Betelgeuse and the Elior Forest.

First Curiosity: Regulus is the Archbishop of the Sin of Greed, representing Greed among the Seven Deadly Sins of the Witch Cult. He is considered one of the most dangerous Archbishops, despite his ordinary appearance, because of his absurd authority.

second Curiosity: Regulus appears to be a young man, around 20 years old, with silver hair and a calm demeanor. However, he is already over 100 years old—his body has stopped aging thanks to his Authority.

Third curiosity: He considers himself a perfect, just, and selfless man, but he is extremely self-centered and cruel. He often speaks nonstop, using "logical" arguments to justify his abusive behavior. He treats women as personal property, calling them his "wives" (he has dozens of them).

fourth curiosity: Despite his near-absolute defense, Regulus cannot use his power if his heart is blocked or restricted in any way, as that is where his Authority comes from. He also needs to "borrow" his wives' hearts to maintain his immortality, making them hostages to his life. In combat, he becomes distracted by his own speeches, which can be exploited.

fifth curiosity: During fights, he spends more time talking and insulting others than fighting. He has an explosive behavior when upset, revealing a sadistic and impatient side beneath his calm facade.
