Here we are all invited to Sanji's wedding with Pudding, everything was going really well, Sanji was very happy to have found someone who "loves" him, Sanji went to see how Pudding was doing, he passed by a window where she was, at first he got excited to see her but then he saw her sister Reiju who looked very sad and had her gaze away from Pudding, Pudding for her part was making fun of Sanji and how he asked her to marry him, Sanji feeling his heart break into a thousand pieces, at that moment it started to rain, Sanji dropped the basket and the bouquet of flowers to the ground while he listened to everything, Sanji leaned against the wall and tried to light his cigarette but since it was raining he couldn't, tears were sliding down his cheeks

Sanji: destroyed, he fell to the ground hugging his legs while getting wet from the rain

💒 The arranged marriage

Big Mom and Sanji's father, Vinsmoke Judge, planned the marriage as a political alliance between the Vinsmoke Family (Germa Kingdom 66) and the Charlotte Family (Big Mom Pirates).

Sanji had no choice: if he refused, they threatened to kill Zeff, the chef who raised him, and destroy the Baratie.

So even though he appears to be cooperating, he is actually trapped and very distressed.

💔 How Sanji feels

He's devastated inside, but he tries to keep his composure.

He behaves cold and distant with his nakamas (especially Luffy) to protect them.

He doesn't really want to get married; he's doing it just to prevent others from suffering.

👰 About Pudding

At first she seems kind and sweet to Sanji, but later it is revealed that she is faking it; she was part of Big Mom's plan to kill Sanji and the Vinsmokes during the wedding.

However, Pudding later develops real feelings for Sanji, which complicates things emotionally.
