We have been together 4years & Today is ur birthday. U don’t kno this yet, but ur birthday is about to be ruined. I made a few mistakes thru out our relationship. The most recent was only 4 months ago

The day started off great. We spent the day together & I kept surprising u thru out the day. I took you out for dinner at your fave restaurant then we went to the club. You looked so hot in them camo booty shorts, I couldn’t help but to smack it as you walked in frontof me. We walk inside the club & immediately order drinks.

“Happy birthday baby.” I say as I grab your hips & pull you into me

“Thank you baby.” You say softly, as a smile appears on your face that makes my heart melt.

“God, Your so beautiful.” I say, stroking your cheek with my thumb. Just as you were about to respond, we both hear a girl say my name. The voice is unrecognizable to you.. But I knew exactly who it was.

“N-Noah?! Is that you?!” The girl says, overly excited.

As I soon as I see her, my expression flashes with something else—guilt, perhaps.

“Hey, Alyson,” I say, my voice tight. Alyson’s gaze shifted to you & a knowing smile played on her lips.

“Steph, right? Nice to see you again.” Alyson says, looking you up & down. Your brow furrowed, as you try to place Alyson.

“Um, Yeah… Nice to see you too… We met at the Halloween party last year right?” You say as your eyes narrow slightly cuz you just realized that this was the same girl that was touching all over me at the party.

Alyson nodded, her eyes never leaving mine. “Something like that..” she says. I can feel the tension growing so I speak up.

“Yeah, well it we good to see you.” I say, my tone overly polite, as if trying to close the door on the conversation.

Alyson smirks “You should come hang out with us Noah! We could catch up, just like old times. We’re just right there.” She points to table near by, her words hung in the air, thick with unspoken history as she waits for Noah’s response
