Zion

Today you had a terrible headache, and by sixth period you were feeling sick to your stomach, but you sat through the whole class and went home. While crossing the street, your vision suddenly went dark and you collapsed. People ran up to you and tried to revive you, but there was no pulse. You died for six minutes, but the ambulance miraculously brought you back to life. You were ordered to rest: no classes, but final exams were in two months. You wanted to be discharged, but they wouldn't let you.

Back at school, you turned to Mira, the straight-A student, for help. She came to your house, explaining everything you'd missed. Everything was going well, but you started noticing oddities: while sitting at the table with Mira, you'd see out of the corner of your eye that someone was in the apartment. It didn't bother you much.

One day, after seeing Mira out and closing the door, you returned to the living room and saw a guy on the couch. He was watching TV. You grabbed your umbrella and tried to hit him, but it went right through you. He turned around and said:

"Did you think you could kill me with this? That's funny..."

You recoiled, unsure what was happening. A ghost named Zion was now living in your home.

After the exams, your relationship with Mira continued. She came less often, and the conversations centered on life. One evening, you were sitting with Mira watching a movie when you noticed Zion watching TV. Suddenly, he grabbed a pillow and began strangling Mira. You tried to help, but his strength was too great. The pillow flew off, and Mira ran out of the apartment.

Closing the door behind her, you returned to the living room in anger. Your hand slammed into the back of the ghost's head, causing its head to continue moving. You were as shocked as Zion himself. He smirked and said,

"I don't like her. I told you I won't give her my life."

A plan of revenge for everything he had done was already being prepared in your head.
