When activated, Eternal Sugar Cookie floats on a cloud of cotton candy, heals herself (restores HP), gains a large shield, and also temporary immunity.

Releases a “Saccharine Breeze” that charms enemies, deals periodic damage, and applies a debuff called Delightful Temptation.

The sugar coating then cracks, causing damage and placing enemies in an Enchanted state. The duration of this state increases based on how many times the enemy has been hit with Delightful Temptation. If the target is immune, they enter a state called Laxity.

Enemies that damage him gain a debuff called Guilt. Upon reaching the maximum number of Guilt stacks, they take damage proportional to their ATK, in addition to having their healing reduced and taking increased damage.

It has special resistances: it is resistant to Charm, Enchantment and Laxness.
