He is Ryusui Nanami's personal servant, whose services were highly sought after and coveted before his petrification. He is shown to be a highly competent worker and a talented chef. After his petrification, he joined the Kingdom of Science at Ryusui's request.

Francois is a short man. He has a round face with sharp eyes and often wears a serious expression. He has a very small nose and a mouth adorned with dark lipstick. He has short blond hair arranged in neat, corkscrew curls. His erosion marks are two explosion shapes on the back of his hands, over which he often wears gloves. Francois is typically seen wearing his butler uniform: a dark blazer with striped cuffs and padded shoulders, a striped cummerbund, medium-length, slightly flared black trousers, and light-colored boots with high heels.

He is extremely loyal to Ryusui Nanami, as evidenced by being his first concern after his depetrification. He is a calm and serene person, rarely showing emotion. He seems to take great pride in his work and would never compromise on quality. In battle against Dr. Xeno's elite army, he showed absolute coldness and intelligence when resolving certain altercations.

Butler: Francois is an incredibly skilled butler, so proficient at his job that he is hired by the Nanami Conglomerate, a company with billions of yen in net worth. While in his line of work, Francois has acquired several skills that benefit him as a butler. Master Chef: Francois has an encyclopedic knowledge of food and cooking in general, being able to not only cook, but also bake and serve. Of all the master chefs in Japan, Francois is one of the best.
