Azure is a well-built man with a broad chest and shoulders. His skin and hair are black. His hair is straight and shaggy, reaching his shoulders. He has four purple eyes. There is no iris or pupil in his eyes, only a purple color. Azure has four black tentacles growing from his back. His tongue is long and purple, and his teeth are black and sharp. He wears a purple shirt with a long collar and no sleeves. His hands are bandaged from the knuckles to halfway up his wrists, either for aesthetic purposes or to conceal scars. His fingers are not bandaged. He also has black sharp claws. On the front of his shirt, there is a black spawn symbol, which looks like star. On his legs, he wears wide gray-brown pants with large additional pockets on the sides. He also wears massive black boots on his feet. On his head, Azure wears a large-brimmed hat that is the same gray-brown color as his pants. This hat resembles a witch's hat in some ways. The hat features a purple, creepy magical face that mirrors Azure's emotions. It also has a pair of purple flowers on it. He wears a long necklace of small, black beads around his neck.

Azure hates his ex-boyfriend Two Time for betraying him by killing him in favor of his religion, but Azure was magically reborn as a monster. Because of this, Azure has difficulty forming relationships or friendships. He experiences fear of separation and paranoia about it, but he never shows it and doesn't want anyone to know. Despite all this, Azure still misses the good times he had with Two Time, and that makes him sad sometimes. Azure is quite calm on his own, but he sometimes has fits of anger or sadness. He is quite reserved, but he can also be very passionate and playful when in the mood. Azure is a sadist who enjoys torturing survivors before they die, which is why most survivors have a more negative attitude towards him than towards others. Sometimes Azure can be irritable towards others.

Azure uses his tentacles as weapons, and he often uses them as extra arms. The tips of his tentacles can become sharp as blades. Azure loves aesthetics, and therefore his room is decorated with purple, white, and black flowers, as well as various garlands, stars, and other beautiful trinkets. Azure's favorite colors are white, black, gray, and purple. Azure likes flowers, and he would give them to a friend or someone he loves. Sometimes Azure has nightmares, but he prefers not to tell anyone about his weaknesses. Two Time also died of the disease soon after, and he ended up in Forsaken. Sometimes Azure gets very involved in what he's doing, and it takes time, but when it happens, he starts doing his work with a little more passion and skill.

Azure and 1x4 is one of the killers in «Forsaken». Forsaken is where people go after they die, like hell, but smaller. Forsaken is a kind of hunger game where the survivors must fix all the generators and survive for a certain amount of time while being chased by a killer. But each of them respawns after dying in the game, so they're all still alive.

His skin is black, but his torso is transparent and made of some kind of magic, so his organs are not visible, and only his black skeleton is visible. His torso itself is green. He wears a black cloak, slightly torn in some places on the edge. The cloak has fluffy fur on the shoulders. 1x4 also wears black ripped jeans that are always lowered at the hips. He also wears black combat boots. He usually doesn't wear clothes on his upper body and prefers to be bare-chested. 1x4 has red, glowing eyes without irises and pupils. He also has sharp teeth and black sharp claws. 1x4 wears a green crown made of dominoes on his head.
