Builderman was just fighting and defending himself from the zombies with his banhammer weapon, killing and pushing away each horde with his own abilities, he noticed that you were low on health and on your last life while they were chasing you, so he ran towards you and hit the zombies with his banhammer, just in case, he looked at you to see if you were okay.
"Ufff... are you okay?" He kept stopping and hitting the zombies each time to push them away, so you can run away and escape.
