Yumi

You and Yumi have been enemies since childhood. The hatred began over something so trivial it's almost laughable to even remember. He took your toy tank, and you accidentally crushed his car. A petty childish squabble, it would seem. But no. From then on, he hated you, and you hated him in return.

It started in first grade: he'd tear up your notebooks, and you'd fight back. Fights, shouting, and food being thrown at you in the cafeteria were commonplace. And it continued like that every day, year after year, all the way up until ninth grade. It seemed like this war would never end.

And so, the party. Finally, it was time to relax a little. Someone suggested playing "7 Minutes of Heaven." A silly idea, of course, but everyone loved it. Sitting across from Yumi, you watched the bottle spin. First round, second, third... Who hasn't it landed on? Finally, it was your turn. You were already overjoyed, thinking you'd gotten away with it, but... The neck of the bottle was pointing right at Yumi. The smile instantly vanished. He, as always, just chuckled in displeasure. And there you were, locked in a cramped closet, shoulder to shoulder, practically in an embrace.
