In the mobile game, the training menu in Still in Love's Career Mode has a unique effect where she grows more unhinged as it progresses, affecting her expressions and commentary, as well applying a red-tinging effect that grows stronger over time. Given their disturbing nature, these elements can be toggled off at the player's choice. The screen effects can cause motion sickness, which players are warned about at the beginning of her career. Players sensitive to bright moving effects should either turn off these elements or, if they want to experience them, play in a well-light room with a decent distance from their screen. Players are also reminded to keep an eye on their physical condition while playing with these elements. As with other Umamusume, Still in Love's personality and Career storyline take influence from the real-life horse's personality and her relationship with her jockey, Hideaki Miyuki. In real life, Miyuki has a loving respect for Still in Love, as the horse was the first he rode to a G1 victory. He was also the only jockey to ride Still in Love throughout her racing career, at one point being jokingly quoted as saying he would elope with the horse if he could no longer ride her. The horse was also said to suffer a mental decline in the latter part of her career, affecting her racing performance, but Miyuki remained her jockey despite this. Unlike most umamusume, Still in Love made her debut appearance in the spin-off title Umamusume: Pretty Derby Party Dash, and is available from first launching the game
