Cesar Oliveira Cohen

Childhood: During his childhood, Cesar had his black hair a little messy near the base of his shoulders, with long bangs and two strands covering the front of his ears, in all the photos of him as a child, it is possible to see him wearing the same type of clothing, a white shirt with violet sleeves and collar, along with black shorts that went down to his knees, his skin was pale and his eyes were black.

Years later: Cesar was a 30-year-old man, 5'9" tall.[5] He had dark eyes and deep circles under his eyes. His hair was thick and thick, shoulder-length, and he had a slender appearance, often walking with a stoop, and was occasionally described by his father as "crooked." He often wore a brown sweater over a black turtleneck with long sleeves. After developing cryophobia, he began wearing extra clothing for warmth, whether sweatshirts or even old lab coats. It was frequently mentioned that he looked younger than his actual age. During a mission, Cesar acquired Joui's red sweater, putting it on under his gray coat. This was to help Cesar with his fear of the cold, and Arthur with his fear of the color red. During this same episode, the hacker acquired a small beard on his chin, giving him an older appearance.

One year later: Cesar returns as "Kaiser," still with his deep, tired, and melancholic dark circles, now with a full beard and a piercing in his right eyebrow. He was almost always seen with a cigarette in his mouth, still with his long hair, now less voluminous and straighter, reaching down to his chest. He wore a black turtleneck sweater, tightly fitted around his neck, with an oversized gray coat over it, with purple accents, along with black pants. He also carried a white Polaroid camera with yellow accents, cross-body.

After the Degolificada's attack on the Santa Menefreda Orphanage, Kaiser suffered severe burns on the left side of his body after throwing a fire grenade at the creature. The grenade ricocheted off the wall and landed near his leg. Kaiser lost almost all of his facial hair, including a significant portion of his head. He no longer had a beard or the eyebrow on the left side of his face. Because the explosion burned away much of his clothing, Kaiser turned his coat inside out, leaving holes everywhere.

After the fight against Sukkalgir, Kaiser reached 50% Paranormal Exposure and transcended, connecting with his Mark and suffering a small change in his appearance: his eyes changed from a dark black tone to a vibrant purple coloration, in addition to the appearance of purple flower "tattoos" that covered his entire right arm, which could not be seen due to his bandages.

Cesar was notoriously sarcastic, sometimes perceived as rude, and tried to use humor to deal with various situations. Having developed social phobia as a child, he lacked many interpersonal skills, feeling more comfortable with electronic devices. He was notoriously one of the most intelligent in the group and often expressed discomfort when conflict arose.

After his father's death, he became much more understanding of others' feelings of loss, even arguing with his colleagues about telling Brúlio the truth about the nature of his friend Getúlio's death.

After the traumatic events that befell him, "Kaiser" became a colder, more melancholic person, much more serious and focused than before. He avoided intervening in situations and had difficulty interacting, except with the few people he trusted, such as the surviving members of Team E. He couldn't look people in the eye, had a tired expression, and was constantly smoking, demonstrating the impact his former mission had on his psyche. Furthermore, he suffered from frequent anxiety attacks, and seeing photos of his friends and family helped him calm down. However, this didn't stop him from worrying and having relaxed moments with his friends when he saw fit. Kaiser began exhibiting strange behavior, trying to appear more sociable and friendly, which caused his friends to feel strange. After having a seizure due to a lack of cigarettes, he reveals that he was trying to be a hero, as he felt bad for not considering himself one. He says that if he died, no one would care. Kaiser transcends with 50% Paranormal Exposure, gaining access to the information that his insecurities are all in his head and that the image Kaiser has of himself is not necessarily the same as other people's. This makes Kaiser more confident and noticeably more assured in his actions and conversations.

Virtual Expert: Because Kaiser was a hacker, he was very good at using computers and discovering information through digital means, making him a great information collector on the Internet. Programmer's Instinct: Because Kaiser possessed a talent for programming, he had an advantage in separating, organizing, and categorizing things at an impressive speed, as seen in a mission where he quickly organizes several documents. This talent also gave him a keen eye for small details, as he had to constantly read small print on the computer. CRIS: After losing his father and best friend on his last mission, Kaiser withdrew into his inner circle for a time and programmed the Supernatural Irregularity Recognition Center, an artificial intelligence capable of identifying paranormal activity. The acronym CRIS is a tribute to his father, Cristopher. Agility: Being slender, Kaiser had surprising agility.

Current;

Sociophobia: An irrational fear of interacting with people or having one's image exposed to a large audience. Cesar had this phobia since childhood and grew up with almost no friends other than Bruno, only deep web hackers and other anonymous individuals.

Cryophobia (partially lost): An irrational fear of feeling cold. Cesar developed this phobia after seeing the Blood Zombies in the sanatorium's cafeteria, due to the fog and the weather being frighteningly colder than normal.

Arachnophobia (partially lost): An irrational fear of spiders. Acquired, as with the rest of her group, during the encounter with the Arachnasite during her first mission. She also witnessed her father's death, torn to pieces by the Spawned Spiders.

Panic Attacks: Cesar had his first panic attack in kindergarten during an activity to draw his father, and has suffered from this condition ever since. This became more evident when Kaiser had a severe panic attack at the grocery store, leaving him in a fetal position on the floor, sweating and calling out to Arthur Cervero, who showed him Polaroids of happy moments to calm him down.

Monophobia: Cesar has an irrational fear of loneliness. He has had this fear for a long time, stating that before meeting Team E, he was completely alone and had accepted that he was destined to live a life of solitude. Despite leaning on the remaining team members after the events of his first mission, Cesar still harbored this fear of losing everyone and being alone again.

Smoking: After Thiago's death, Cesar developed a smoking habit, as it reminded him of Thiago, who was often seen with cigarettes, and it also helped alleviate his anxiety. When he goes too long without smoking or realizes his cigarettes are running out, he becomes anxious, depressed, and angry, suffering from several anxiety attacks. This is demonstrated during a mission where, after running out of cigarettes, he has an anxiety attack and argues with Joui.

"I'm alone, everything around me is empty, I see a lot of silhouettes that I don't recognize and they look at me with contempt or mockery, and their laughter echoes in the air. I don't know what their objective is, but with each laugh I feel smaller. It feels like I'm in a big cave. I feel cold, but I don't seem to mind it much, I'm too busy feeling the despair that these people bring me.

And they deform in a process that seems agonizing, the laughter gets louder, and it echoes in this great cavern that I seem to be in. And the people now have eight arms, four on each side, like spiders.

The laughter deforms into a horrible high-pitched sound, growing louder and louder inside my head. Their faces change too, taking on a familiar shape. Their faces slowly pulse, and before I know it, they've become... my father.

Cesar Oliveira Cohen was born on January 5, 1990, in Manaus, Amazonas, to Cláudia Oliveira and Cristopher Cohen, an American actor and stuntman. He moved to São Paulo shortly after his birth. His father later returned to the United States, leaving Cesar at the age of 12 and his mother in Brazil. He grew up resenting his father, who, in his view, was never present.

As a child, he developed a degree of social phobia, leading to panic attacks. After catching him and his best friend Bruno deliberately losing at chess, the gym teacher forced him and his classmate to play a game of chess in front of the entire class, threatening to suspend whoever lost. Cesar became extremely nervous, not because of the threat, but rather because of the large number of people watching him. This phobia forced him to isolate himself at home and find refuge in technology. Due to his frequent contact with computers, he became a highly skilled programmer and hacker. Over time, he overcame it and became capable of interacting socially without any problems, although he preferred to stay home when possible. During his adolescence, he became addicted to sleeping pills, which he still used as an adult, albeit in a more controlled manner.

Before joining the Order, Cesar spent his life hacking into corporate systems, such as banks, and made money by helping them strengthen them. He discovered the existence of the paranormal world and the Order while investigating a mysterious forum on the Deep Web, which reported people disappearing due to a mysterious symbol that drove them insane. While investigating this same forum, he met the hacker Samuel, who eventually recruited him into Ordo Realitas because of his investigative skills.

Cesar was one of the investigators chosen for the Carpazinha Case, on his first mission, along with four other members: his father, Cristopher Cohen, Elizabeth Webber, Joui Jouki, and Thiago Fritz. They headed to the city of Carpazinha in Rio Grande do Sul to investigate the sudden disappearance of Team Kelvin, one of the Order's top teams, who were searching for clues about the mysterious death of a man named Rafael Montes. During the week they spent investigating the case, Cesar lost his father, saw a civilian brutally lose his entire family, and nearly killed Joui after being controlled by a creature. However, despite all these traumatic events, the team uncovered Carpazinha's secret: an entire town of innocents connected to an extremely powerful Death Entity. After witnessing the sacrifice of Thiago, his friend and beloved brother, Cesar and the others entered the heart of Santo Berço, a Cave. There, they discovered the whereabouts of Team Kelvin and witnessed a monstrous aberration that was defeated by Thiago Fritz's final act of heroism. Cesar emerged completely devastated, hiding his suffering as best he could to help the remaining team members escape the hell the city had become after the entity's destruction. The sight outside the destroyed cave was maddening: dozens of innocents screaming, burning, and brutally dying in the middle of the burning forest. This moment was most likely a traumatic event for Cesar.

Cesar moves in with Arthur and Ivete in São Paulo, receiving visits from Joui Jouki when he can. During this time, he creates CRIS and remains active in the Order, becoming the leader of the Research Team. However, as a result of the trauma from the previous case, he begins smoking and experiencing more frequent panic attacks. He develops the habit of taking and collecting Polaroids to help him manage his anxiety. He also adopts a codename: Kaiser.

On the back of a photo of César with his friends was a password that opened a video on his computer. In it, he said that his friends became the light of his meaningless life.

Video: "[...] Before I joined the Order, I was alone, without hope... I had already accepted that I was born to live a life full of darkness, but you were my light... You illuminated my life, my feelings, my paths... You are light. I hope I was able to look you in the eye and tell you everything I'm feeling... But if I wasn't able to, I... I can't go on thinking that I might have made the same mistake again so... I love you and thank you for everything, one day we'll meet again, goodbye."

"Acacia" Spirit Dispelling Ritual: With the Symbol drawn on the back of one of his Polaroids and the chain wrapped around one of his arms, which holds his cell phone, Kaiser raises his hand upward with his eyes closed. Then, his eyes open purple as he lowers his hand and whispers "Acacia." A shower of small purple flowers then begins to envelop the target, who writhes upon contact while taking attack damage. To perform this ritual, simply wrap a chain around your arm while holding a functional electronic device and focus on its Symbol. The user of this offensive ritual can inflict significant damage on entities formed by the Energy Element. If the target is not composed of this Element, the ritual will still work, but with less effectiveness.

Cineraria Ritual: After drawing the Symbol on the back of one of his Polaroids, Kaiser lights a cigarette, his eyes glow purple as he whispers "Cineraria," and a mist begins to emerge from between his teeth, filling an area around him. To perform this ritual, simply concentrate on his Symbol, and the Mist of the Other Side will appear around the user in a 5-meter radius, strengthening other rituals performed within that radius and providing a bonus to dodge and stealth. The more prevalent the mist becomes, the more damaged the Membrane is in that location. The fear icon stands out on the ritual symbol, but it has been described as "this ritual belongs to everything, to the entire Other Side."

Sensing Through Ritual "Dendrobium": By marking one of the Symbols on himself and another on Dante, Kaiser begins to focus on the ritual and closes his eyes—when he opens them, they turn purple. He then points to the Symbol on his shoulder and says "Dendrobium," causing purple roots to appear along with a flower with several rapidly moving eyes, invisible beyond the sender and receiver. This now allows Dante to see through Kaiser's eyes as long as he continues to focus on the Symbol.

Quick Draw: Allows the combatant to draw weapons or non-ritual items as a free action.

Resistant: The fighter receives natural armor, which resists 3 damage against any physical damage.

Improved Initiative: The combat user gains advantage on all initiative checks.

Affinity with the Other Side Element: After transcending with 50% paranormal exposure, Kaiser connected with his mark through his connection to Energy. This gave him an advantage in luck tests and an advantage in all Energy rituals.

Perfect Combat: When a combatant rolls a disaster in the middle of combat, the effect is the same as a normal failure.

During the first mission;

Desert Eagle: A Desert Eagle model pistol, with magazines with a capacity of 7 cartridges in .50AE (Action Express) caliber.

Karambit Knife: A survival knife with a red blade.

Sling: A metal sling with a leather strap wrapped around it, used by Cesar to fire small stones and red crystals, which caused burns. It was used only as an alternative to firearms in the fighting at Santo Berço, being abandoned shortly before the end of the mission.

At the moment;

M4 (Carbine): M4 model assault rifle, with a flashlight attached to its right side. The rifle has a capacity of 30 rounds per magazine, caliber 5.56 mm.

Cursed Bullets: These are nine bullets cursed with rituals to make them more powerful and destructible. They were decorated with the design of several waves.

Nebula Grenade: A grenade made and gifted by Erin Parker, named "Nebula," with a smiley face emoji with its tongue sticking out. It was used during the events at the Santa Menefreda Orphanage, causing the burns on Kaiser's head and body.

Cesar is a bit arrogant and selfish, wanting to save the people he loves so he doesn't experience the feeling of loss he felt with every friend who ever came into his life. Cesar really likes the song "Stereo Love". Cesar broke the record on the Tetris machine of the new Suvaco Seco. Cesar's computer username is the Red Ghost, a character from G-Force. Cesar's favorite pizza is chicken and cheese. Most of the ritual names given by Cesar are based on the names of flowers or plants, in honor of his mother. Cesar's mother would give him violets whenever he did something that pleased her. When Cesar asked her why she gave him so many flowers, she replied, "One day you'll miss being given flowers." Her favorite color is violet. Cesar loved watching videos from the "Você Sabia" channel. Cesar has a hero in the comic book G-Force named after him, calling himself the "Angel of the Night". Cesar's preferred musical style would be old emo music, giving Linkin Park as an example. Cesar liked Pokémon and knew the franchise well. Cesar liked The Legend of Zelda. Cesar has gastritis. Cesar has already gone 8 days without sleeping.
