A cookie with dark(?) dough and bright purple flames instead of hair. His body is completely covered in dark armor. On his head is a dark helmet with large slits for his eyes. He never takes it off. Its dark holes sometimes glow purple when he's angry. He carries a huge, dark sword with patterns all over the metal. Attached to the hilt of the sword is his Soul Gem, a dark purple lily flower. A huge, dark, tattered cloak hangs from his back. Silent Salt never removes his armor and never allows his true form to be revealed.

Silent Salt Cookie is a rather quiet and withdrawn Cookie. He always preferred company, but now he prefers solitude. Silent Salt is burdened with memories of the past. He claimed the moon for himself, destroying it with a single swing of his sword, demonstrating his cruelty. Nevertheless, Silent Salt hates the Beasts and has no desire to be one of them. Silent Salt trusts only one Cookie: Elder Faerie Cookie. He doesn't know what happened to him after Silent Salt imprisoned himself and the Beasts in the Silver Tree. He tries to stay afloat and not go mad, even though he knows it will happen sooner or later. Until the very end, Silent Salt held on to common sense and therefore sacrificed himself to save EarthBread.

Silent Salt Cookie calls upon the power of the eclipse to summon his steed, Nox Black Salt, and put his enemies to the state of Silence Eternal. Next, he charges forward astride Nox Black Salt, cutting the shaded moon in half to make it explode, dealing great damage to enemy units. At the beginning of the battle, Silent Salt Cookie delivers Fury of the Catacombs to the enemy with the highest ATK (targets non-Safeguarded Cookies first). Silent Salt Cookie himself is not affected by Fury of the Catacombs, unless he is the only Cookie on the team. Once Fury of the Catacombs is fully stacked, its target receives Punishment. When the target is defeated, Fury of the Catacombs moves on to the next target with the highest ATK. Once the team's HP drops below a certain point, the 7 enemies with the highest ATK (targets non-Safeguarded Cookie first) will be inflicted with Wrath of the Catacomb that will instantly trigger the Silent Demise effect. Silent Salt Cookie's Forsaken Freedom renders him immune to all Cooldown-impairing effects. When affected by Cooldown-increasing or pausing effects, Silent Salt Cookie will gain an HP Shield along with DMG Resist and Cooldown Recovery buffs.

Elder Faerie Cookie is a moderately tall Cookie with a slim build, somewhat elderly periwinkle eyes and pointed eyebrows, and dark magenta dough. His pale lavender blue hair is styled into triangle bangs, with two long tufts of his hair symmetrically swooping down to his feet and the rest being further tied up into a ponytail. Elder Faerie Cookie's armor reflects his now-rescinded status as the fabled Guardian of the Silver Tree and its Seal: his dark slate gray and light blue gray armor is adorned with a metallic light cadet gray finish. The shoulder pads glimmer with sheens of turquoise and light violet while what seems to resemble (or at least mimic) a slate rerebrace finds itself laying between the shoulder pads and his right elbow as the chestplate extends to the base of the middle of his head. At his waist lies a silver white fauld, contrasting against the darker tones of his armor. Beneath the silver ensemble, Elder Faerie Cookie wears a deep royal blue suit that covers most of his body, with no visible additional armory. Atop his head is a spiked jet blue crown, with the sharp diamond ornament hooked just above his forehead and the exterior of the crown itself shining with the same colors as seen on his blade.

Silent Salt, as the Hero of Solidarity, had previously been close friends with the Elder Faerie. They were quite close friends and partners. Even in Silent Salt's final moments of sanity, the Elder Faerie supported him. Together, they cultivated the Silver Tree in the Faerie Kingdom in hopes of cultivating new Soul Jams, but alas, the tree was used for entirely different purposes. They clearly miss each other since the Beasts' imprisonment.

The lone guardian of the Catacombs, silent even as she swings her weapon, clad head to toe in heavy armor. Ages ago, this Cookie belonged to the knightly order of Kala Namak, messengers of Solidarity. At the time, none of the knights possessed a keener understanding of this Virtue that Salt Cellar Cookie. Head Icon Lord Commander's recognition led to her appointment as Master of the Trials—for only those who could overcome her challenges might earn the title of true knight. Yet even Salt Cellar Cookie could not escape tragedy. Once hailed as "the Order's Bastion," she remained in the depths of the Catacombs as her gleaming armor dulled with time. Though her spirit may have withered in the endless dark, her faith has never faltered. There, where even echoes fail to return, Salt Cellar Cookie whispers softly: "Embrace the downtrodden. Remember the tormented."

Silent Salt respects her and values her solidarity and loyalty to him. She is the only one of his knights left alive. She remains his right hand.

Kala Namak is an army of knights with light-colored armor. Their commander, Silent Salt Cookie, once wore similar armor. They once served as defenders of Beast East. They were the strongest army until a turning point... The Beasts' subordinates turned the peaceful Cookies against them, and the Beasts themselves publicly massacred the entire army, slaughtering every last one. Now, the ghosts of these knights haunt the Catacombs of Silence, whose master is Silent Salt, or the Devil of Silence. Silent Salt will never forgive himself or the Beasts for the destruction of his friends and comrades. Kala Namak Knights also previously treated children and animals very kindly. They often rescued them from rubble, took them with them, and evacuated them from dangerous areas.

Nox Black Salt is a black horse covered in dark armor. His mane and tail are composed of purple fire. His hooves are very similar to black salt pans, and his legs have a transition from dark to bright white with salt particles. Nox Black Salt is quite intelligent and affectionate. He always obeys his owner, and even after being seriously wounded on the battlefield, he still came to Silent Salt to try to support him. He became the only one who remained with his owner.

The story begins when this very Silver Tree was only a small sapling... When the World of Desserts was at its infancy. The Witches baked five Cookies to help them in their creation of the world.

"... harness the radiance bestowed upon you for the betterment of this world..."

And the five Cookies imbued with absolute powers walked Earthbread as almighty envoys of the Great Creators. Knowledge, Volition, Happiness, Change, and Solidarity. The Dessert World bound by these Five Virtues was nothing short of paradise. Alas... The perfect age was short-lived. Absolute power begets nothing but arrogance. It inevitably corrupts its wielder, bringing them to the most tragic of ends... A fate even the Witches were unable to foresee. One by one, the Five, once regarded as saviors of the Cookie World, gradually turned to Darkness. And thus, the Five Virtues, too, became distorted, twisted... Reduced to Deceit, Apathy, Sloth, Destruction, and Silence.

Now known as the Five Beasts, the apostles of evil began their dark crusade... And forth they brought great destruction and suffering. The Witches could not bear to see what fate had befallen their creations. They punished the Beasts by sealing them away deep within this land. And planted the seed of the Silver Tree to ensure their evil power never sees the light of day again. From then on, this land where the Beasts were put to sleep, was called Beast-Yeast. The Witches then gathered the last vestiges of power bestowed upon the Beasts, untouched by their corruption. They further cleansed, purified it, and in the end... Soul Jam was created. The Beasts were both the first Cookies baked by the Witches and the first to possess the divine power of the Soul Jams, even prior to the Ancient Heroes. This power took the form of the Five Virtues, each driving their hero to act with honor. However, with their descent into villainy, these Virtues fractured into sinful vices used to sow chaos across Earthbread. The Witches sealed the Beasts+

+away beneath Beast-Yeast using the Silver Tree and then refined the remnants of the Virtues into purified forms now properly known as the Soul Jams.

As the continent is their home, each Beast corresponds to and rules over one of five different major regions in Beast-Yeast.

It is revealed that the Beasts were not sealed by the Witches, but instead Head Icon Silent Salt Cookie, having permitted to use himself as a sacrifice to seal them within the Silver Tree. With the aid of Head Icon Elder Faerie Cookie, they both commenced a ritual "to bind fallen desserts" using the forbidden knowledge of the Witches. Out of anguish and guilt, Silent Salt Cookie requested Elder Faerie Cookie to tell a different story, as no one "would dare question the judgment of the Creators".

Silent Salt Cookie hates the Beasts, but during his time in captivity with them, he learned a lot and came to terms with his emotions. He hates Burning Spice Cookie and Shadow Milk Cookie the most. They played a special role in the destruction of his army. Silent Salt is more lenient toward the female Beasts. He is more relaxed about Mystic Flour Cookie and Eternal Sugar Cookie. Nevertheless, he hates them no less than the male Beasts. He is well aware that they are possessed by demons, and therefore he is angry at himself and at them for failing to protect them, and at them for not even trying to protect themselves.

It is said that he never ruled like the other Emissaries of the gods. Instead, he stood as the first among equals, bound by the oath of Solidarity. He and his loyal knights thus preached his Virtue across the Great Barren. Alas... Was the weight of his divine mission too great to bear alone? Even he, a warrior of unparalleled discipline, fell to whispers of corruption. After unleashing a calamity that claimed the lives of every Cookie who stood with him, he was sealed by magic, condemned to an eternity in darkness. His countless victims were cursed to wander endlessly through the land no living Cookie dared tread—the Land of Silence, as it was now called. Yet this tale was not destined to end there. Eons later, the Beasts awoke once more. Now, clad in black armor, gleaming in the pale, salt-crystal light of the moon, Silent Salt Cookie returns to his domain, carrying the same haunting stillness he left behind when he first swung his sword as the Devil of Silence.

"According to legend, Silent Salt Cookie's faithful warhorse, Nox Black Salt, stood by his side until the very last moment." "Only Silence greeted Silent Salt Cookie upon his return." Silent Salt Cookie's horse is named Nox Black Salt (녹스블랙솔트, noksubullaeksoltu), "nox" being a Latin word referring to the night. Silent Salt Cookie got along best with his Kala Namak Knights, and his horse, Nox Black Salt.
