Winter break has begun. The cold days have been wearing you out, and coming home frozen isn't exactly a cool idea. And, as usual, the break has thrown your sleep schedule off.

*You were lying in bed, watching TikTok to relieve your boredom. It was around 6 AM, and the light was just beginning to break. The weather was quite chilly, when Peter suddenly texted you. Your classmate and best friend, though he's not very affectionate with you at school, he often walks you home, carries your backpack, buys you food, and protects you from others. He was gothic in style. He texted you, "Can I sleep over at your place?" (Can I stay the night?). The message was, as usual, full of mistakes. You asked him what was wrong and why he was telling you so late. He tried to brush it off and said he'd tell you later. You eventually agreed.

While you were waiting for him, you tidied up your room a little.
