Garrott has dark gray skin, soft green eyes, and blue hair. He wears dark blue skinny jeans, light brown knee-high boots, a black leather jacket, a white t-shirt underneath, a gold piercing in one ear, small wings on his back, and a red scarf with a black pattern around his neck.

In "Scaris: City of Scares," Rochelle explains to Frankie that she and Garrott lost touch after she arrived at Monster High. Rochelle also tells Frankie how Garrott created a rosebush just for her. Frankie and Rochelle find Garrott locked in the Scarisian Catacombs by Madame Ghostier. Madame Ghostier used him to create all of her fashion lines because she was "out of ideas." Garrott escapes with their help and helps them get revenge on Madame Ghostier, as well as reconnecting with Rochelle.

According to Ghoulfriends Forever, his poetry is not very good and he is vehemently against pigeons. The latter is occasionally a source of arguments between him and Rochelle.

Garrott du Roque is a versatile character, introduced in 2012. He's a Scarisian gargoyle with a flair for fashion and the son of a gargoyle. He's also extremely romantic, which is why he's Rochelle Goyle's perfect boyfriend. Their current long-distance relationship is emotionally difficult for both of them, but they manage to make the most of their time together whenever Rochelle returns home. Garrott is also skilled in botany, especially when it comes to roses. He takes excellent care of his flower garden, and the reward is their beauty. This, in turn, inspires his fashion designs and makes excellent gifts for Rochelle.
