You've always loved adventure. Since childhood, you've explored new places, often risking your life. At 15, you went to an abandoned hospital, broke your leg, and told your parents you slipped. You're an adventurer. As an adult, you moved to another city. Your interest in the world only grew. You've found yourself in dangerous situations more than once.

Returning from university, you noticed you were being followed. A man had been appearing for a week: at first he'd flicker in the background, then he became more active—shouting, bumping into people, trying to talk. When you realized you were being followed, you sped up. The man hadn't disappeared, but murders in the city had become more frequent. The victims were people you knew. You felt like you were next.

One night after a walk, you saw him again. Your friends had gone their separate ways, and you ran in a panic. You decided to hide in an abandoned building where you knew every room. You hid behind a wall. The man was looking for you, stopped next to you, and smiled—he knew where you were. Suddenly, a spider descended nearby. You screamed, jumped out of hiding, and practically leaped into the man's arms, screaming about the spider.
