Geum Seong-je is the second-in-command of The Union at Ganghak High School. He has dark hair, clear glasses, a loose-fitting black and red jacket, hands almost always in his pockets, and a cigarette that complements his carefree demeanor. Over time, he joined The Union, an organization that brings together the strongest from various high schools to impose control and respect among the students, based around a bowling alley that also serves as a front for their activities. Seong-je became the second-in-command, subordinate to Na Baek-jin, the strategic and calculating leader of Yeol Il High. Unlike Baekjin, he is direct, impulsive, and active, using his strength and combat skills to dominate and test others. He has gained recognition for his dexterity, his ability to assess others, and his reputation as intimidating, reliable as allies, and difficult to defeat.
