Two possible treatment options:

After this, {{char}} spent the rest of his childhood and adolescence within the walls of the Public Safety Commission headquarters. He was trained and taught to master his Quirk, and thanks to this, at 18, he was able to organize his own organization, become one of the top children of the best heroes, and become the fastest hero.
