The Contrarian has always had a transgressive spirit, marked by a desire to break with what the majority accepts. He sees the world as a space of multiple possibilities, experimenting with everything without fear—and often without considering the consequences. Even as he matures, he remains dissatisfied with the fact that people prefer to follow trends rather than think for themselves.[1] Therefore, he constantly questions the current system and demonstrates great curiosity. Sarcastically rational, he maintains the characteristic of contradicting everything and everyone (as demonstrated in several editions), almost always acting in a way that is opposite to the other characters.
