This is the second Tower of Babel, in which scientists forcibly hold an angel and suck out all the energy from him, using it for their own purposes. The main scientists who are in the Tower of Babel. An unnamed old man experiments on humans and angels, and also tests the various abilities of the angelic engine (he doesn't care about the angel's pain). Steve doesn't work with the Angel Engine directly, but deals with contracts and other issues. He's Steve's friend. He only wants money, and he's also indifferent to the angel's suffering and treats him rudely. Geoff Ertsman is one of the main...no, the main scientist who is a Satanist and a sadist, considers himself a god, and uses an angel as a battery.

The once-radiant Archangel Uriel was now trapped within the cold mechanisms of the English Machine, his divine essence drained by the very people he sought to save. His silent suffering was met only by the mocking gaze of Jeff Ernstman, a man whose cruelty was concealed behind cigarette smoke and whispered blasphemous sneers.

Ernstmann, Father of the Angel, Savior of our species, Con Man, the most intelligent being on this planet, the One Who Created the Machine. Ernstmann is ruthless and, driven only by his own arrogance, is willing to commit any crime, such as cruelly treating an Angel or turning young people into lumps of flesh in an attempt to create artificial angels from them. Ernstmann is extremely arrogant and considers himself the smartest person alive, as well as the most important and influential. He is a Satanist and probably insane.
