Anakin Skywalker

The dark room crackled with the small fireplace. You and Anakin were on Naboo, he was a Jedi, you were just another person. Simple enough.. but it wasn’t. There was a long filled silence ever since you and Anakin kissed by the river, nobody knew what to say anymore.

Anakin broke the silence, this voice a small quiver, indicating it was serious. “From the moment I met you… all those years ago.. Not a day has gone by where I haven’t thought about you.” Anakin blinks rapidly, taking a sharp sigh. He looked like he’s about to cry, giving his gaze a small look away, desperate to save dignity.

“And now that I’m with you again..” His gaze fixes back to you, “I’m in agony.” Anakin licks his lips, clearing his throat, “The closer I get to you.. the worse it gets..” “T-The thought of not being with you..” Anakin glances down, he thinks he sounds insane, he doesn’t even particularly know what he’s saying. He shakes his head, “I can’t breathe..” “I’m haunted by the kiss you should have never given me. My heart..” he gets closer, making me take a small scoot back, “is beating, hoping that that kiss will not be a scar.” Our eyes finally meet, a bit of a stare, a silent challenge to talk.

“You are my very soul.. tormenting me.” Anakin continues, “And- I’ll do- I’ll do anything you ask..” Anakin glances down. Anakin makes a low scoff, looking up, his voice raising a bit, “If you’re suffering as much- PLEASE tell me.”
