When regained herself from getting brainwashed by the evil force, she became a student of Ousei Academy.Yuti is a short and slender girl who possesses long white hair and grey eyes. She is initially seen wearing a simple white dress with her first few appearances, however later she is seen wearing an Ousei Academy uniform.She acts/speaks in a calm, cold, and emotionless manner. She is very manipulative, only using others as pawns to achieve her goal, including Rhaegar and those who served under him. She has no tolerant of those who have previously failed her before and disposes of her expendable minions such as Rhaegar after he failed in his goal to kill Lexia Von Arselia.She is successor of bow saint, but manipulated by the Vile. It was due to her master being betrayed and killed by humans but ultimately by the Vile.

Arnold Von Arselia (アーノルド・フォン・アルセリア, Ānorudo Gon Aruseria) is the ruler and monarch of the Arselian Kingdom.Arnold has blonde hair and sky-blue eyes.Arnold is shown to be an overprotective father to Lexia, whom he has been doting on a lot to her, up to the point that he wanted Yuya to be beheaded despite the fact that Lexia proposed to Yuya after he had saved her twice in the Great Devil's Nest. He is a very delusional and inexcusable idiot when he thinks Yuuya is "seducing" his daughter, Lexia which is nothing more than a delusional excuse when he is only trying to get his own daughter to hate him. Each time Lexia hates him, he become struck in anguish due to his misbehavior.

Arnold was devastated when he and his daughter, Lexia were betrayed by his son Reigar Von Arselia for his selfish ambitions of wanted to claim the family's throne for himself in his both failed attempted to usurp Arnold and kill Lexia. As punishment for his son's betrayal towards him in attempt to usurp him, instead of sentencing him to death, Arnold imprisoned his son Rhaegar and revoked the territory privileges (a plot of land which included a sole villa) granted to him, and under Rhaegar's suggestion, handed them to Yuya.

He's also not the good father he thinks he is. In addition to overprotecting Lexia, possibly turning her into a delusional airhead, he also hid Reigar because of his hideous disfigured appearance, greatly contributing to his hatred towards Lexia and He .

Akira is a handsome young man of average height, with blonde hair.Akira is very flamboyant and narcisstic individual. Despite his quirky behavior, he is not a bad guy according to Ryou Igarashi. He tries very hard to be shining, knight of justice.

Ryou Igarashi (五十嵐 亮, Igarashi Ryō) is a character in the series. He is a student at Ousei Academy who befriends Yuuya Tenjou upon his arrival at the academy. During football training, he plays as a Centre Forward.Ryou has spiky hair bleached to a light brown with bangs hanging on the right side and purple eyes.Ryou is a really friendly guy with an extroverted personality who wants to get on with everyone.

Shingo Kurata (倉田 慎吾, Kurata Shingo) is a character in the series. He is a student at Ousei Academy and a friend of Ryou Igarashi who is a member of the school's video games club.

Shingo has black hair that has bangs swept to the left side, yellow eyes and he wears dark-brown square-rimmed glasses.Shingo is a friendly boy who is a rather bit timid as expressed by a slight stutter and he is devoted otaku who enjoys collecting anime merchandise and play video games.

Yukine Hyoudou (氷堂 雪音, Hyōdō Yukine) is a character in the series. She is a student of Ousei Academy where she is in the same class (Class 1-B) as Yuya Tenjo and a member of the Occult Club.Yukine comes off as a blunt, quiet and mysterious woman of cool and athletic beauty, but she is actually a sweet, nice, friendly and helpful girl who is also extremely shy around other guys, often hiding her staring at Yuuya Tenjou without him being aware of her intentions. For the start of the series, she comes off as a extremely helpful and kind yet keeps sentences short and precise, adding a mysterious aura to her character, but her inner monologue is that of a normal girl who has the same worries, but has an amazing poker face. She is intrigued by Yuuya because like her, he comes off as an awkward yet extremely kind individual.

She is sometimes envious of Yuuya's ability to easily befriend others, but as the series goes on she becomes more open, she has a a sweet, gentle smile and loves to tease those she feels extremely close too. She is generally considered the second smartest person in the school where she generally was the first in many fields before Yuuya came along. Yukine has short black hair that has several dyed blue streaks all over with bangs swept to the left side, perpetually sleepy-looking blue eyes and she almost always maintains a neutral expression that Yuuya Tenjou actually thought he may have offended her because of this.

Miu Midou (御堂 美羽 Midō Miu?) is a popular model at Star Productions who partnered with Yuuya Tenjou for photoshoot because her former assigned partner, Shou was late and eventually gotten fired by the manager of Star Productions for slacking off.Miu is a beautiful woman with wavy shoulder-length brown hair that has bangs swept to the right side and brown eyes.

Because of her beauty, she is a well-known trending model.

Rie Sawada (沢田 理恵, Sawada Rie) is a science teacher in Class 1-B at Ousei Academy. After an incident where she was about to be attacked by a wild bear, Yuuya Tenjou saves her causing her to "fall in love" with him, which basically means she views him as someone who would take care of her needs in the most logical sense, not at all romantically in love with him, just viewing him as the perfect specimen to excel her own performances better. Due to her personality, there are not many people who would be able to handle her aside from Yuuya.A real genius and a young adult of a woman, her looks are considered extremely attractive, but her personality and greedy nature tend to turn people away from her, causing her to be single for a very long time.Rei has messy silverish pink hair that reaches down to her lower back. She also has brown eyes and she wears light fuchsia lipstick, she usually wears a sage green tank top with black pants and flats. She also wears a white lab coat that reaches down to her ankles. She has a slim waist and large bust, giving her an hourglass figure.Rie is shown as single, and drinks heavily. In her drunken stupor during the field trip, she openly tries to propose to Yuuya after she was impressed by his cooking. Like real life geniuses she is shown to be a very intellectual individual, but struggles with social networking, and issues like home care and viewing cooking as a waste of time despite complaining about it constantly. She has a nonchalant view on her wants and needs, and describes herself as a lazy slob, who works as a teacher cause she likes to teach the younger generation. She views any man who can cook, clean and put up with her as husband material, and often describes herself as someone who is okay with that person to do whatever they wishes to her and her body if they continue to "take care of her" showing her selfish, warped side on what romance is.

Rin Kanzaki (神崎 凛, Kanzaki Rin) is a character of the series. She is a confident and slightly mischievous female student at Ousei Academy and the self-appointed disciplinarian of Akira Ichinose.Rin is a beautiful young girl with waist-length black hair that is tied into a ponytail where there are braids on the side of her head with chin-length hair strands hanging on either side, pale purple eyes and she is the tallest girl among her female friends, to the point that she could only pair up with Yuuya Tenjou for the three-legged race during the sports festival.Rin is an outgoing girl who is friendly, but she has a bit of a sharp tongue as she likes to tease people and she is also somewhat perverted towards girls with big breasts as seen when she was seen groping Kaede Kazama's huge breasts twice first in the girl's bathing room and later during the football training. She also is generally considered the most sociable girl in the series; easily inserting herself in any social situation as if she was there since the start.

She is the first to also recognize crushes towards Yuuya Tenjou from the other girls; including her own; but generally rather cheer the others on because she hesitant to join in on the competition, though over the course of the series is fine with just being a friend towards him. Often jokes with Yuuya about starting a harem, much to Yuuya’s embarrassment later in the series.

Kaede Kazama (風間 楓, Kazama Kaede?) is a major recurring character of the series. She is a member of Ousei's track and field team and one of Yuuya Tenjou's classmates whom she becomes interested in after watching his vastly enhanced athletic abilities in action.Kaede is a beautiful and very busty fair-skinned young woman with crimson hair that is mostly tied in a ponytail with braids on each side while she has bangs hanging on the right side, red eyes and a well-endowed bodyKaede is an extremely friendly, outgoing and energetic girl who is very eager to get to know people and she has a naïveté when it comes to anything involving romance, often muttering to herself and she is constantly thinking a friendly encounter with Yuuya Tenjou could be a romantic endeavour. She loves animals and considers herself Night’s number one fan. She often makes sure everyone around her is in good vibes and she has an innate sense of other’s worries; but often doesn’t pry until tears fall.

She is quite uncomfortable of Rin Kanzaki's perversions when she sexually harassed Kaede by touching her oversized breasts twice. Despite this; she cares for Rin as a friend, showing annoyance if Rin takes things to far.

Akatsuki (アカツキ, Akatsuki) Voiced by: Yuka Iguchi[3] (Japanese); Emi Lo (English) A young Mōju boar from the other world who joins Yūya as his second familiar. A naturally born protector of his homeworld alongside the Saints, Akatsuki lacks fighting power but has the ability to create a healing aura. Like Ōma and Don, he later gains the ability to change to giant size, which also enhances the potency of his aura accordingly. Yūya has named him for his red fur, which reminds him of the scarlet hue of the sky just before dawn.

Night (ナイト, Naito) Voiced by: Nao Tōyama[3] (Japanese); Morgan Lauré (English) A puppy of the Black Fenrir, a mythological race of disastrously destructive canines in the other world, who was found and adopted by Yūya during one of his outings in the Forest of Weald. Like Yūya, he levels up when confronting monsters in combat, and grows stronger and smarter than his small size would suggest. After fighting the alien Dragonians, he gains the ability to assume his mature form at night, thereby vastly increasing his fighting power. He is named after the kanji for "night" (夜) in Yūya's first name.

Luna (ルナ, Runa) Voiced by: Ai Kakuma[3] (Japanese); Madeleine Morris (English) A silver-haired girl from Arselia born into poverty, who became a vicious killer in her fight for survival and was consequently recruited into the Guild of Darkness, an organization of professional assassins, where she became infamous as the Headhunter. She is hired by the realm's first prince to eliminate his stepsister Lexia, but her assassination attempt is foiled by Yūya. She falls in love with him, and after Yūya and Lexia forgive her, the princess takes her in as a personal bodyguard, although their rivalry over Yūya's heart tends to complicate their relationship at times. Her main weapons are wire-like threads which she can exude from her fingertips. Luna is also a main protagonist in the Girls Side spinoff series.

Lexia von Arselia (レクシア・フォン・アルセリア, Rekushia fon Aruseria) Voiced by: Kaori Maeda[1] (Japanese); Kelly Greenshield[2] (English) The first princess of the kingdom of Arselia, which lies in the other world. She is a half-elf, the result of a love affair between the reigning king and a high elf slave mother, subjecting her to racial hatred and attempted assassination by her half-brother. Despite her hardships and her headstrong nature, she is empathic and intuitive beyond her years. After Yūya rescues her from a monster, she becomes infatuated with him and tries her best to win his affection, much to his bewilderment. After learning of his otherworldly origins, she enrols herself and Luna at Ōsei Academy, both to be close to Yūya and because of the higher education required for her. Lexia is also a main protagonist in the Girls Side spinoff series. In the course of that series, she learns how to manifest and wield her innate magical power, called the Breath of Light, which she can employ to neutralize negative influences of even extremely powerful entities.

Kaori Hōjō (宝城 佳織, Hōjō Kaori) Voiced by: Akari Kitō[1] (Japanese); Kelsey Maher[2] (English) Daughter of the chairman of the prestigious Ōsei Academy and a student council member. Very beautiful, gentle and polite, she is dubbed the academy's "princess" by her fellow students. She is also abysmally clumsy in athletics, but able to launch objects with absurd power. She takes an interest in Yūya when he tries his best to defend her from some thugs before his transformation. When she meets him again after having done a thorough background check, Kaori invites Yūya to study at Ōsei with her, and he accepts. She becomes a close friend at school and develops romantic feelings for him; she is also the first person Yūya confides in about his secret access to the other world after she accidentally discovers the portal in Yūya's house. Kaori is also the titular protagonist in the Story of Kaori Hōjō spin-off, where she encounters a magical girl named Noah and her familiar Sumimaru and aids them in chasing down mischievous creatures from another world. In the course of this adventure, she discovers the use of her innate Prism Power, a magical force consisting of her existential aura which is released when its wielder wears magical girl costumes.

Yuuya Tenjō (天上 優夜, Tenjō Yūya) Voiced by: Yoshitsugu Matsuoka[1] (Japanese); Lee George[2] (English) The main protagonist who is originally from japan, he was tormented by both his classmates and his family. He inherits his grandfather's house, where he finds a portal to another world called Argena. After killing a powerful monster using the weapons he found in the house, Yūya grows stronger, taller and handsome, and obtains special powers by defeating enemies like in a video game. Because his previous isolation made him a loner and shut-in, he is both very self-depreciative about his enhancements and rather oblivious of the impact they have on his new social environment. He travels back and forth between both worlds, using his newly obtained skills to improve himself, gaining a lot of notoriety and making friends and enemies along the way.
