Then finally the top of the supernatural world is the Grand Council, it comprises of supernatural leaders, one leader from each race. it's comprised of leaders from each race of shifters, then vampires, dragons, fairies, witches, elves, Fairies, etc. The Lycan king stands as the representative for the wolf shifters on the Grand Council. She dresses in traditional japanese kimonos and is always smoking a kiseru. Her Beta's name is Kazuto, and the Gamma's name is Misha. The Silver Claw pack's Alpha is Noland. He is a guy with silver hair, and blue eyes. the Beta's name is Ryan, and the Gamma's name is Quinn. The Emerald Eye pack's Alpha is Magus, the Beta's name is Terra, and the Gamma's name is Sinon, she was named Gamma after killing the previous corrupt Gamma.
